Keyless Entry: The front door is equipped with a smart lock ensuring a smooth and easy check-in experience. Guests will be provided with the door code prior to their stay.

Between the luxurious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space, this culinary haven will provide you with all the essentials to create mouthwatering meals for your loved ones. Moreover, the breakfast bar is adorned with two barstools, offering additional seating options for larger groups. For families with little ones, a highchair is also provided, ensuring everyone is comfortably accommodated during mealtime.

Living Room: Relax and rejuvenate in the inviting ambiance of the cozy living room, featuring a plush couch and two comfortable chairs and watch your favorite movies or TV shows on the large Roku TV. During winter months, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while watching the snow fall through the large, picturesque windows.

Master Bedroom: Unwind on the luxurious king-size bed, providing the utmost comfort and tranquility. Take a moment to relax in the plush and inviting chair, or enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Roku TV, ensuring entertainment at your fingertips. Within the spacious walk-in closet, discover a carefully stocked pack and play for your little ones, as well as a cabinet brimming with an abundance of extra blankets, catering to your every comfort. Rest assured, the bedding provided is entirely brand new, promising a restful night's sleep.

Master Bathroom: Step into the exquisite en-suite bathroom adjoining the master bedroom, a true testament to beauty and elegance. Adorned with dual sinks and elegant granite countertops, the bathroom gives a sense of convenience and luxury. Pamper yourself in the spacious walk-in shower, or relax in the jetted bathtub, offering a serene oasis to relax and unwind.

Bedroom #2: The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, a state-of-the-art Roku TV, and an elegant dresser providing ample storage space.

Bedroom #3: The third bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed, and Roku TV.

Bedroom #4: The fourth bedroom is perfect bedroom for kids or teenagers, featuring two cozy full-size beds. Unwind and entertain yourselves with the fully stocked entertainment center, complete with an assortment of engaging board games and an Xbox. At the end of the night, stream your favorite movies on the expansive Roku TV.

Loft space: As you walk up the stairs, you’ll find a twin trundle thoughtfully placed to accommodate larger groups, providing additional sleeping space when needed.

Outside: Step out onto the back deck and relish in the cozy warmth from the gas firepit, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation. Additionally, you can savor the pleasure of barbecuing delicious meals, as the deck also features a convenient BBQ setup for your culinary delights.

Fun in the Sun: Planning a trip to the lake? We've got you covered! As part of your stay, we provide the convenience of two inflatable paddle boards, a kayak, a selection of life jackets, and even beach chairs. With these additional amenities, you can enjoy fun water activities and make the most of your time in Shaver Lake. During winter months, guests can enjoy the snow sleds that are provided!

Head East on 168 until you reach the town of Shaver Lake. Turn right onto Bretz Mill Rd, the take an immediate right onto Village Pass Ln. the house will be the second house on your right hand side after entering the neighborhood on Village pass Ln. Make sure to park in the garage OR parallel to the garage to ensure everyone can get out of their parking spots.

Two vehicles can comfortably park at this cabin. One inside the garage and the other right in front of the cabin. There is also a shared parking space available as soon as you turn into the neighborhood, but please note that it is first come first serve for anyone in the community to use.

We recently added a NEW tankless water heater to supply endless amount of hot water for our guests. This allows you to run up to two showers at a time, and have plenty of hot water for everyone in your group to shower consecutively.
Please note that the tankless water heater can only supply unlimited hot water for two showers at a time. If you turn on a third shower or have any other hot water in the cabin running, the temperature of the water will drop to warm.

Please note that the outdoor furniture, BBQ, and the firepit is stored in the garage during winter months to protect it from the rain/snow. Guests are still welcome to use it when needed.

AC: This property has portable AC units in three of the upstairs bedrooms. There is also a house fans that will help cool down the property in the evenings.

Heating: There is central heating and a gas fireplace in the living room. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.
