Beachwoods -1BR/1BA- Indoor Water Park!

Beachwoods Resorts is a property loaded with amenities (largest outdoor pool on OBX) situated on 100 acres and next to a 700 acre nature preserve. This resort is wooded with easy access to nature and bike trails and offers something for everyone.

The resort is located conveniently in the middle of everything on the Outer Banks. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, and nearby attractions.

Beach access and private beach parking for Beachwoods Guests is located less than 1 mile away.

THE SPACE

Beachwoods is a true destination resort in a class by itself. The outdoor Recreation Park, Fitness Center, and Paddle boats are among multiple amenities sure to please the entire family year-round. Nature trails meandering through a pristine Maritime Forest make it the perfect escape for your family vacation.

Beachwoods Resort features the largest Outdoor Pool in the Outer Banks, where guests can relax on lounge chairs or play a game of shuffleboard. A favorite among families, the resort also houses an Indoor Waterpark with Hydro-jet spa, an interactive water play structure, a Flume slide, a Lazy River feature, and a Lap Pool.

Guests can fish or paddle boat on the on-site lake, or enjoy the lakeside lodge with its fireplace, library, card tables, game tables, and arcade. Additionally, guests have access to a recreational park where they can play bocce ball, tennis, beach volleyball, and other games.

Beachfront access only a couple of minutes away with private beach parking

This "B" side of a 2BR/3BA lockout. This lockout unit has its own exterior entry door and is completely private.

There is a galley Kitchen w/full sized Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, etc. Basic cooking utensils, glassware, silverware, and plates are provided. Pretty much everything you need to prepare any meal you want, big or small.

Living room area w/Queen sleeper sofa and also a Dining Area with table and seating for up to 4 people. Bedroom has a Queen bed.

There is a Washer / Dryer in the Foyer area, and this is shared with the "A" unit next door. Deck area for outdoor relaxation or dining. This is rated to sleep 4 persons.

GUEST ACCESS

This is a resort property, so your unit will be private, but amenities (pools, gym, Lodge, Game room, playground, etc) will be shared with other guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Beachwoods is professionally managed and operated by Diamond Resorts. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- Free parking is included with this unit, up to 2 spots are available.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However your unit comes with a Washer / Dryer in the foyer area that is shared between the "A" and "B" side units. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent them.

- Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed. There is also a large super Wal-Mart conveniently located within just a couple minutes from the facility if you want to shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay.

- There is an on-site pond that is stocked with fish. You don’t need a license to fish in the pond, but it is catch and release. If you want to do some other fishing (surf, sound, pier), and keep what you catch, I’m sure you will need a fishing license. A Super Walmart is right around the corner from the property and sells licenses and gear.

- If the onsite waterpark isn't large enough for you the new and huge H2OBX Waterpark recently built in Powell's Point is only 13 miles away from Beachwoods

- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes at the bike rack each night.

- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's Front Desk will also ask for this information when you check in, but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

- This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NEVER required.
