Outdoor space abounds with plenty of lounge spaces, a tropical hut, and a charming courtyard with a grill. There's also a pickleball court and a playground on the property.

Inside, a sun-kissed living area features a TV and a wood-burning fireplace - perfect for cozy nights at home. Find everything you need to prepare delicious recipes in the sleek modern kitchen, where upscale appliances include a double oven. Multiple dining areas provide ample room to enjoy home-cooked meals together.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath.
The on-site casita may be occupied during your weekend stay. The casita is not available for guest use.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has four exterior cameras. One is looking down from the garage, one is on a tree facing the entry gate, one is on the casita and looks over the driveway, and one is facing the pickleball court.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
