This luxury room is located in the very center of Split.

Despite being close to all events it's in a residential area with good sound isolation, so there's no excessive noise.

It's on the first floor of our bed and breakfast building with elevator.

Reception, patio, lobby and dining area are on the ground floor.

Room is air-conditioned, has a cozy king size bed and private bathroom.

It also has one comfortable sofa bed sleeping one person, large LED TV with cable channels and working table.

Tasty breakfast is included in price.

You can enjoy it both indoors and outdoors at our patio.

During your stay you can use our lobby for free.

You can also use our private sauna and massage service for the surcharge.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance.

This is a smoke-free room, but you can smoke outside on the patio.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anythingand don't make noise to other people staying here.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have the exclusive access to the room.

Patio and lobby are shared with other guests.

As room is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided.

Paid parking is 100m away.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This room is located at the ideal location in the center of Split, just four minutes walking to the Split seafront.

Right near is also the famous Diocletians Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.

Neighborhood is residential so there's no excessive noise.

The city part where the room is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 15 minutes walking.

Bus station is within one minute walking.

Grocery store is 1 min walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.
