Enjoy a peaceful stay in this unique and secluded Mapleton country apartment located in the charming Old Town neighborhood at the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. Surrounded by fresh mountain air and natural beauty, this private two-bedroom apartment offers a quiet retreat while still being conveniently close to local amenities and recreation.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby hiking and biking trails in Hobble Creek Canyon and Mapleton Canyon—just minutes away. Bartholomew Reservoir offers swimming, fishing, picnic areas, and barbecue facilities for relaxing afternoons outdoors. Hobble Creek Golf Course, an 18-hole par 71 championship course, is only five minutes away, and Jolly’s Ranch frisbee golf course is about 10 minutes away.
Locally owned shops and healthy restaurants are within a five-minute drive, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful, country feel without sacrificing convenience. BYU and UVU are approximately 25 minutes away, and the world-renowned Sundance Mountain Resort is just a scenic 30-minute drive for year-round skiing and mountain activities.
