Stay in this stylish brand new home where you can ride your dirt bike or ATV from our driveway to the Kaibab National Forest (about 0.5 miles away), walk to the lake across the street which has a park & play ground or bring your golf clubs & spend the day at Elephant Rocks Golf Course! We have a coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, washer & dryer along with garage access. We are a couple minutes from downtown Williams, an hour to The Grand Canyon National Park South Rim & 90 minutes to Sedona

Welcome to Little House on the Fairway. A 3 bedroom 2 full bath home each styled with a different accent wall. Full size brand new washer and dryer. The master closet includes a pack and play for the little ones along with a highchair and child friendly dinnerware. Please see our manual for tons of ideas on what to do in the area!

If you have an ATV or dirt bike you can take off from the driveway to the Kaibab National Forest which is about a half mile away with plenty of trails. Please download an offline map before going as cell reception may not work.

The area is extremely peaceful, tucked away from downtown but only a 2 minute drive to the main area. Safeway is your go to grocery store along with the dollar stores that are in town.

Downtown Williams along Route 66 is a couple minutes away. Bearizona is 8 minutes away. Flagstaff is about 40 minutes, The Grand Canyon National Park South Rim is 60 minutes and Sedona or Prescott are about 90 minutes! The perfect hub to all your explorations, we have plenty of recommendations on endless things to do while you are here within a 2 hour radius!

Our fence has been installed, updated photos coming soon, waiting after winter until staining and updates are completed. If you intend on leaving your pet behind while you explore make sure they are crated. I have a medium/large sized crate available in the garage for you to use. Even the best behaved pets become anxious when left in new spaces so please be considerate of our new home and either take them with you or leave them in the crate, thank you!

Our yard is a work in progress, have the gravel in and yard has been leveled and fencing now encloses the yard, we are just waiting for builders to stain and finish the details until after winter.

Full access to the entire home including the garage. Only a small closet locked for housekeeping supplies.

This is a small town and wifi upload speeds can be slower, download speeds recorded near 100 mbps but once in awhile can be spotty. TV is streaming only no cable but it runs great.

On the other side of the subdivision construction may be going on however you cannot hear anything from the inside and should rarely ever interrupt your stay.

Please note we are still waiting on the full completion of our yard before photos are updated. We have gravel and a fence that is tall enough for privacy but doesn`t block your view of the mountains. The fence is fully enclosed so as long as your pet doesn`t dig underneath they will be fine.

No Smoking - this can result in a fine
No Parties - per Airbnb policies these are forbidden and can result in a loss of your account
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 6am as a courtesy to our neighbors as well as local ordinance
Please lock the doors when leaving the property
The hanging swing chair has a weight limit of 300lbs
If using the fire pit always make sure its completely out before leaving it unattended. There is a hose on the side of the house
If using the BBQ make sure the propane tank is off after use

Do not leave pets unattended having free roam of the house, use a crate if you are leaving them behind.
Any pet waste left behind will have a charge of $20 per waste.
Any damage including but not limited to stains and scratches may result in a $250 fine
Please note there is space below the bottom of our fence, always keep an eye on your pet while in the yard
