The condo was beautiful. Having the space , kitchen and ability to do laundry was very convenient. Check in process was very simple. Location was good.. walking distance to shops and restaurants. Part of the reason we chose this condo was its view of the harbor. But unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the patio because there was work being done on the bulkhead during the week from morning to late afternoon. So noisy you could not sit outside- could not have a conversation. I didn’t think to ask if there was work scheduled. Had I been told, I would not have stayed here. This was a good experience because now I know what questions to ask for next time. We needed to clean the bathrooms/ shower. I didn’t know it was an option for us to call the property management and they would have sent a team to clean. But seems like if you are being charged a cleaning fee.. it would be clean and you should not have to reach out to the property management.

WONDERFUL

Such a GREAT place to stay!!! While not on the Gulf, which I prefer, it was still really close. About a 5-10 min walk depending on where on Clearwater Beach you want to park yourself for the day. The condo was clean, bright, airy, plenty of room, we all loved it! The BEST bonus though was that they had a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, volleyball, etc! That was SO HELPFUL and a HUGE BLESSING especially for the walk. We would definitely be back!

Great Location and Accommodations

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We even added on another day while there. The condo was lovely, comfortable, and clean with everything we needed. The access to beach chairs, cart, cooler, and umbrella was a surprising perk! This made our packing much easier and lighter! Greatly appreciated!!

Harborview Grande 506

We rent this condo for a week every year. It is an easy process thru ITrips. Very nice condo and any issues are resolved in a timely manner! The condo is homey and works well for all six of us to stay comfortable. Love it!

Perfect Location!

Beautiful Condo with a large balcony over looking a small harbor where dolphins are often seen. Close to beach and many restaurants. Really a very short walk! Condo was really nice, spacious and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and covered parking was a nice benefit. Addition of beach supplies was fantastic! Having been to Clearwater last year without those supplies it makes a huge difference to have umbrellas, chairs , cooler and a beach wagon. We would definitely return to this unit . We had zero issues so no need to contact the management company. Checkin and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. All around a great experience!

Not Clean, Management will enter without asking!

Floors were dirty, ceiling fans had about 6 months of dirt/dust on blades, didn’t turn fans on in fear we would breath in dust coming off blades. Interior and exterior throw rugs were dirty, doors were dirty, hand prints on doors. 1 hand towel for kitchen, NO wash clothes, requested and received the next day, found the actual wash clothes in the washing machine and smelled moldy, apparently left there from cleaner. Clearly is only surfaced cleaned quickly, not vacuumed, prob just used swifter that was in the corner. Management left us a phone message saying a contractor is at the door to measure something and need to enter the property so, if no one answers the door, they will let themselves in. NOT acceptable and this is an invasion of privacy and did not have permission. Other management firms would have scheduled in advance. Owners should hire a cleaning service bc apparently what they have is someone who changes sheets. I can post pictures if needed.

Unfortunately not clean

Wanted to love this place, location is great, condo was big, decor was nice but it was absolutely filthy. Whoever they had cleaning it wiped down counters and that’s about it. There was stuff spilt on the wall, the floor was so sticky and black that when you walked across it for less than a minute, your feet would turn black - clearly had not been washed in a long time. Dust and lint everywhere so vacuuming had not been done. Throw pillows had eyelashes on them and hair.I contacted the management company right away, but they did not get back to me until the evening of my second night. By that point I had gone to Walmart, bought supplies, and cleaned the place myself. I was traveling with my parents and also my two infants and I did not want anyone to be moving across such a dirty floor. The management company offered to send back out the cleaners, but by that point I had already resolved the issue myself because we weren’t gonna lose two days of our vacation in a dirty unit. For our troubles, the management company did book us a dinner cruise, which was a nice gesture however, I would’ve much preferred to just arrive and had the place been spotless and not to have had to spend hours making it suitably clean.

Great visit!

This condo was perfect! The area is still being cleaned up after the hurricanes, so some places aren't open and there is still some debris piles around. But, the community is obviously hard at work to get everything going again. The condo was beautiful and an easy walk to beach/shops.

Awesome location and property!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is well kept and maintained. Everything that a family would need for a vacation, was provided. Just walkable distance to the beaches and some of the high end restaurants, cafes and shops.

Family Time

The property was very nice. The Condo is in a great location. You can walk every where when it is not too hot. The unit itself provided tons of beach stuff. The only draw back is the pool area is very small, and there really is no other common area. It was fine for us, as we went during the off season. I was extremely dissappointed that clearwater ruined the beach. The Blue Cabanas took up the entire beach daily. If you sat behind them , you could not see the water or your kids. I am shocked that Clearwater has allowed this. It poses several safety issues, and the beauty of the beach is completely lost. The unit itself is extremely nice. We are hopeful to head back.

Caution

Let me start out by saying I am someone that never takes time to leave a review unless it truly merits it. This property was in a good location, however, it is definitely not free issues. The king size bed mattress was worn so bad that it was like you were laying in valleys on either side of the bed, making it hard to even get out of the bed in the morning. We notified the owner and they sent someone to inspect it. The inspector agreed with our assessment that the mattress is badly worn. Then, the owner said they wanted to see it, but wouldn’t be coming into town until after our trip.The only thing I could do is spin the mattress and deal with it… Parts of the ceiling in the master bedroom was also falling down from water damage. The rug in the master bedroom was also badly stained from water damage, and there was clumps of hair in the shower from the previous tenants.. this is all stuff that I wouldn’t even mention and didn’t while we were there however, Giving the fact that nothing was done with the mattress and the fact that we had no power last evening we were there enough to share our experience to caution others… I’m not just another person that gets online and complains via reviews. I am a person that never lays reviews unless it’s truly bad enough to… And this is the case with this property. Expect the property manager to come on after this review is posted and say something trying to rebuttal and cover their selves, but this is the truth.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week with our kids and their friends. The condo was better than we imagined. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together, hang out inside, play games at night outside, and just relax! And when you needed a little space, you had that too! Location was amazing, we walked to all the restaurants and beach. Only used the car to get to and from the airport. We are already planning our next trip!

Perfect family vacation

Property was clean and exactly as listed! Location was perfect and easy to walk everywhere. Tons of space and everything you needed for the beach was provided! Comfortable bedding and couches and an incredible view from the balcony. Our family will definitely be back again!
