Enjoy two floors that offer year-round stunning lake and mountain views. Unwind with a swim in the pool, use the exercise room that looks onto the private courtyard and then soak in the large whirlpool bathtub. Minutes from a shopping plaza, downtown, and prestigious wineries, this vacation home provides a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, fridge, and dishwasher, large dining area, two couches, a gas fireplace, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, another bathroom with a walk-in seated shower, sitting area with two couches, a large study area with a wraparound desk, gas fireplace, and a balcony with a fabulous view of the pool, lake and mountains.

Property Description
This property is available for single night bookings and weekends during the summer season. Guests may request additional nights by contacting the owner.

Our property consists of two "houses” separated by an adjoining wall. You will have access to one house with a separate entrance. There are some shared spaces: outside decks, grounds, and pool. Although there is a fence around the yard, there is no fence around the perimeter of the pool. The pool is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day from May 25 until September 10th each year.
Your unit or "house" consists of two floors of living space. On the ground floor the entrance to your unit is through a private courtyard gate with a digital keyed entry. Upon entry to the first floor, you will find an exercise room, a full bathroom, full kitchen, dining and living room area. There is an entrance to a covered deck. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, full bathroom, living room and office space. A rollaway bed is available to accommodate a fifth traveler. There are two televisions; one in the exercise room and one in the living space downstairs. There is also a DVD TV player in the second bedroom.
Parking is in the driveway and it is shared.
We live in the second unit or "house" with similar amenities to your unit.
We are happy to interact or give you as much privacy as you desire. The outdoor yard is very large and backs on to green space with a hiking trail.
We provide a starter breakfast package of coffee / tea / milk / sugar / bread / butter / jam / eggs and bacon for each rental.
