Our 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is on 3 acres and is located in the Animas Valley just 9 minutes (5 miles) from Historic Downtown Durango to the south and 25 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort to the north.

The home features two living spaces on different floors making it perfect for multiple families (along with two dining tables) and the deck off the Main Living Space features amazing views of the red rocks across the valley - great for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The home also features a hot tub and yard in the back, a fully stocked kitchen and TVs in every bedroom as well as both living spaces (The Main Living Space has cable TV while the remainder of the TVs are Streaming only). There is plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers in the half circle driveway and the home also features WIFI, washer/dryer and a big grassy backyard. There is an evaporative cooler in kitchen/main living space area.

The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs and Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and Animas Wine and Spirits are just 3 miles from the home.

5th - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) - Downstairs

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
