3 Bedroom Luxury "Barn-dominium" on 10 wooded acres with a pond... ALL to yourself! Listen to the nothing but the sounds of nature while roasting s'mores around the fire pit and star gazing. Perfect getaway for a couple or families, better than glamping! The property has 25 acres in total and you have full access to the front 10 acres. Early stages of a new home build prevent access to the back 15 acres. Huge open garage hangar available to use as you like... family gathering, birthday party, family fun activities, bags, badminton, pickleball, bike riding, whatever your imagination can come up with. Master with King Bed on main level along with full bathroom, kitchen, living room, bar and small table. Upstairs you will find a giant loft and 2 non-conventional bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. Out your front door you will find a patio with furniture for lounging and a beautiful campfire site complete with boulder seats and hammocks for relaxing! Get connected to nature and find your peace in this serene, peaceful and gorgeous location.

Close to main streets in Blue Springs, but felt like we were in a secluded wooded area. The Barndo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and nice open living room into kitchen area to hang out in. Enjoyed walking the trails to the creek. The wifi is spotty, and an issue we encountered the host tried to fix quickly. Just 5 mins down the road was a great taco restaurant and brewery that was a fun outing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is the coolest “cabin” I’ve ever stayed at! The living part of the building is beautifully done! The garage area was perfect for the kids to play! And the property is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay - it was the perfect atmosphere for our family “reunions and new beginnings” trip! Looking forward to booking again in the future!The only con I should mention is the spotty internet and phone service. Not a big deal to us but might be to others.

Nice retreat

Very nice property. Grandparents liked the "off the path" location; kids were fine with it as they are not the Disneyland type. I would recommend for families. Suggestion to have a few board games in the cupboard. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Proximity to KC very convenient.

We could not have asked for a better stay at Kristen's secluded Barndo! Property was beautiful with many activities to keep the group occupied. Short drive to the city and overall a perfect location. Clean, cozy, and already looking forward to booking our next visit!

Nice place for trip with dogs

The place was as advertised and worked well for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was nice. The internet was inconsistent at times. The bed on the main level was too soft for my personal preference. Overall it was a nice place and provided all we needed for our trip. I appreciate that dogs are allowed, as we travel often to dog events. I would book again in the future, if we are in the area.
