Starting in July, spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from September 2026, through October 2026 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances. Mahalo for your understanding!

NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, replenish towels or toiletries, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

This rental is officially listed as a one-bedroom condo due to its generous size and fully equipped kitchen; it features a spacious open-concept layout—perfect for a relaxing retreat. Please note that the bedroom and living area share an airy, open space with no separating wall or door, creating a bright and seamless flow throughout.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure. If you arrive early in the morning, we recommend booking the night prior so you can access the unit once you arrive from the airport.
