This property has 2 units on it, The Shores Guest House and the main house / backyard. You will control the guest house but you are not allowed to enter the main house or backyard, those belong to the owner or potential other guests.

All reservation require guests to sign a rental agreement & provide a $1,000 refundable deposit which will be sent back after guest has checked out and everything is ok with the property.
