Private Room w Full Bath near LBI Long Beach Island West Creek Tuckerton Venues

Affordable and extremely clean. Beachy private room in my historic Victorian home built in the 1880's. I'm a local artist close to Long Beach Island LBI and beaches in West Creek NJ. If you are attending a local wedding, planning a trip to the beach or visiting family and friends my home is perfect for you.

The Pearl Room is a private lock and key room in my home on the first floor. The room is situated in the front of the house and there will be road noise during the day hours. It is very quiet in the evening but I have included alarm clock/sound machine and fan which drown out any porch or road noises. The room has its own brand-new bathroom en suite. King bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels. There are extra blankets in each room. Room has mini fridge, 10 cup coffee maker, Pur water purifier, smart tv, desk chair and clock sound machine.(for awesome sleeping). House has central air and heat as well as supplemental fan and space heater for your preference. I have many amenities to share such as the best available WIFI, bikes, beach towels and chairs, kayaks and more. Full 1st floor beautiful kitchen is at your disposal as well. Off street parking, private yard with garden, yoga mediation space and more. Max occupancy of 2 for the room. smoke free home. not child appropriate. Each room is different, with art and soul. Whole house can be rented for large parties. I'll be there as much as you need... will be in my back apartment and not in your business unless needed. There may be other guests in their private room. My home has 5 rental spaces available, two which have their own private bathrooms or floors. Please feel free to enquire with your specific needs.

Monday through Saturday I will be available ( if requested) between the hours of 10am and 6pm for check-in most days. Checking in you will use the keyless entry at the front door unless I am preferred to deliver/assist.
There will be no check-in after 11pm or before 6am. I will ask for an approximate time of check-in so I can prepare for your arrival. You will receive a key for your particular room. You will find your key labeled in a lockbox in the entry, instructions included by text.
There are Ring doorbells (located at each outside door). They are there for your protection and convenience. These are the only recording devices on the property. I care about your privacy and will never access the cameras unless you ring the doorbell or I have an issue.
Parking: Each room will have 1 designated off-street parking space.
My home and entire property are smoke and child free. If you are a smoker, please consider if this is a policy you can accept. Smoking on property will be grounds for forfeiture of deposit and/or removal from premises. You will find me to be a laid-back host (if we cross paths at all), however, on this issue I am firm.

Tidbits: I am directly across the street from Incredibowls (ice cream and food selections). Dock road across the street, as well, leads directly to the bay and offers kayak inputs, lovely biking, running or walking. We are 10 miles from Long Beach Island, 3.7 miles from the Tuckerton Seaport, 33 miles from Atlantic City, and located in West Creek are to 2 wedding venues. Quiet hours of 10pm-6am are strictly enforced and failure to obey will result in forfeiture of security deposit and potentially result in removal from premises.
