Issues:First, we were sent information with room code and the code did not work. After calling three times, waiting 40 plus minutes for a return call (that was not returned), we were sent a new door code.We left the condo to get groceries, came back, was locked out of the room for over an hour and half before the contact number was answered. I called and my husband called 60 plus times and each time it went to voicemail. I sat in the hall for almost 2 hours before a phone call was answered. No answer via phone, text, or email. Mean while, my husband had to drive down to the office to see and no one was in the office!Once we finally got ahold of someone, I was told a maintenance ticket would be put in and there was no ETA, they would call me back when they hear back on the ticket. Ruffly, 10-15 minutes later, I recieved a new door code.There is no ice maker. The air was set to 70 and unable to make changes to thermostat. The lamp in the adjacent bedroom to the kitchen, did not work, constant flicker In both bathrooms the soap holder connected to the wall, both were hanging off the wall, very unsafe seeing as this is metal and could seriously hurt someone if it fell. Not to mention there was black mold on ceiling above the shower in the attached bathroom/bedroom. We were told we had to pay for parking for overflow, after I called to verify if there would be a pass in the room. There is no information on the agreement I signed stating we had to pay for any type of parking.
