Cozy studio apartment, downstairs unit by the beach. Private Hot Tub! Just a couple minute walk to the beach! Wonderful neighborhood with quick access to Publix supermarket and other shops and restaurants. This apartment is located on the first floor of a two story house. Owners occupy the rest of the house.

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. Butler Beach, where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! St. Augustine city center, only 10 minutes north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern. There is a camera pointed at the driveway of the house as well as one on the owner's front door (not the guest entrance).
