The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four, while the formal dining room seats up to ten for larger gatherings. The living room offers plush sectional seating, a 65” Smart TV, and access to the private office—ideal for remote work or a quiet moment away. Every inch of this home is crafted for connection, comfort, and fun.


Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings including sectional seating and accent chairs, a 65” Smart TV. Located off the living room, you will find the private office space.


Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and a spacious island bar with seating for four.


Dining Room: This area offers a table and seating for four.


Formal Dining Room: The formal dining room has a large table with seating for up to 10 guests.


Pool / Game Room: This space offers a pool table, a 55” Smart TV, and a high-top game table, making this space fun for all ages.
