Das wunderschön eingerichtete Haus in Tybee Island ist ideal für Familienfeiern, nur 150 Meter vom Strand entfernt! Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer und einen sehr privaten beheizten Salz-Pool (ideal für Frühling / Herbst!). - Zusätzliche Kosten können entstehen) und ein Aufzug für die Herstellung von Gepäck und Lebensmittel ein Kinderspiel! Die offene Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 55 "Sony LED TV mit Surround-Sound. Es gibt 5 Decks / Balkone, auf denen zu lesen genießen, entspannen, oder ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte.

Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, 19 "TV mit DVD-Player und ein Vollbad mit dem Saal verbunden ist. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Badezimmer mit einem Garten Badewanne und separater Dusche. Schlafzimmer drei im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, TV und DVD-Player, und Verbinden Vollbad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten sowie ein TV und DVD-Player.

Der Pool ist eine große (12 'x 27') Salzwasser-Pool mit einem Wärmepumpensystem .. Das flache Ende eine "Splash-Bereich" (ca. 6 "tief) für kleinere Kinder oder alle, die sich sonnen und dabei cool. Es gibt Adirondack-Stühle, Liegestühle, einen 9-Zoll-Picknicktisch, einen lustigen Rettungsschwimmerstuhl für die "Rettungsschwimmer" im Herzen sowie einen Gasgrill. Auch eine neu hinzugefügte in Raum mit Esstisch und Stühlen, Schaukel und Chaiselongue zum Essen geschirmt / Entspannen.

Wir bieten viele Extras, die Sie nicht nur ein weiteres Strandhaus finden könnten. Zum Beispiel bieten wir ein Strandwagen und Wagen, Liegestühle, Spielzeug und ein Sonnenschirm für Ihren Einsatz. Für diejenigen, die ein Baby haben, bieten wir eine Reihe kostenloser Babyartikel an. Great location, excellent pool!

We loved our stay, the home is just a short walk away from a couple of beach access points and on a one way road. Reasonable walking distance to several places to the eat and shops. We opted to rent a golf cart for the week which was convenient for neighborhood rides but certainly not a necessity. The pool was awesome, large enough for 3 kids/teens and a couple of adults and it was great having that option if the kids were too tired for the beach. Great outdoor areas in general and the rooftop access was also nice. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

This property worked out wonderfully for my family’s first visit to Tybee! The hosts were extremely responsive to my inquiries. The house had numerous amenities. The pool area was perfect especially since double red flags flew most of the week at the beach. Thanks for the rental. We made some great memories!

Great location

The home was beautiful and perfect size for two families of 4. The house was a quick one block distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The partially shaded pool was beautiful and perfect after a long, hot day at the beach! I would recommend renting golf carts to enjoy driving around Tybee and checking out the area... free parking for gold carts!

This house has so many well placed decorations it looks amazing inside and out. It has many extra perks that keep you from running back and forth to Wal Mart. Excellent pool, fence, outside shower, kitchen, elevator, etc.

The pool saved us!!

I took my granddaughters and there parents to Tybee for spring break. The weather was half warm and half cold. The heated pool in the back was a godsend on days that it wasn't warm enough for the beach. My 5 year-old granddaughter even learned to swim!

Fantastic Beach House

We greatly enjoyed our week at this Tybee Island beach house and loved its beautiful beachy decor. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The pool area is also beautifully decorated and a great place to hang out. The beach is only a short walk away although we rented an electric golf cart for my injured leg - the nice thing is they even had a place to plug it in! Every convenience is considered for anyone ages one to one hundred - from high chairs to bath seats. We would definitely stay here again!

Found a gem.

Stayed at Tybee a few times now and discovered this place on the south shore near all the good stuff. Not only a great location but one of the few homes in the area with a pool with a nice private back yard. The elevator was a great help getting things up to the kitchen and down to the pool. Well stocked kitchen has everything you need. You don't need to bring chairs or beach things, there's plenty there. Will definitely try to stay here when we come again.

This House Has It All!

Wonderful vacation, amazing house! This house truly had it all - great location (2 min walk to the beach), plenty of space for our group, well-equipped kitchen for cooking nightly dinners, a full beach cart with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards - and the pool! The heated pool and well-equipped pool area (gas grill, plenty of chairs and floats, picnic table) really made the trip. We typically had a pool party each evening after dinner, and the pool area was absolutely ideal. There was a more shallow platform at one end of the pool, which was perfect for smaller children to play, and it also had an insert for an umbrella to shade the shallow area, so it was also great for adults who wanted to avoid the sun and stay cool. The beach was just a 2 minute walk away, and not very crowded which was exactly what we wanted (very family friendly beach area). We used the beach cart each day to setup our area on the beach, using the multiple umbrellas and Tommy Bahamas chairs to sit near the water and watch the kids. The beach area at this end of Tybee Island was particularly fun during low tide, since the long sand bar and shallow swim areas made it fun to explore with kids, looking for shells and riding shallower waves. In summary, we had a very relaxing and ideal beach vacation, and the house was just perfect. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you to the owners, Amy and Todd, for such a great stay!

The house was awesome. Fully stocked with everything you could need, close to the beach, and the backyard was amazing. We had a great time, and while a few things happened during the week, with a microwave breaking, there was a replacement delivered the very next day. I would definitely recommend this house.

You'll Never Wanna Leave

Amazing vacation rental! Perfect for large families. We were a blended family of 8 that included parents, young adult children and a grandchild. Great location, close to the beach. Very well stocked with anything you may need at a beach destination. All of the supplies for the beach, pool, and baby were so appreciated. The baby gates were very helpful. Lots of great little extra touches throughout the house. If you forgot it, it's probably provided by the host. Beautifully decorated. Multiple outside gathering places including 5 decks and a fenced in private backyard with multiple seating options and saltwater pool. Elevator was very convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries. Excellent communication from host. Our favorite vacation rental ever. Would highly recommend!

Family Girls Trip - 3 Generations!

If you are looking for a house to rent in Tybee, this is the house! Out all of the homes we have rented around the country, this is by far the best home we have rented! The owners are absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. We did not have any issues at all. The house is perfect for any age. It is beautifully decorated with the beach theme throughout. The elevator is a huge plus especially for my 84 year old mother and transporting luggage and groceries to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is perfectly located on Tybee. You can walk to the beach, the restaurants, bars and shops. Everything you need for the beach and pool is provided at the house (umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and carts to transport everything to the beach and floats for the pool). The beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and the pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool! The porches are perfect to sit and enjoy the night air and very well furnished. The furnishings in the house are comfortable and perfect for all ages. We played games at the huge dining room table. There is so much history around the area and so many activities to do in the area for all ages. Once again, the owners are absolutely wonderful and this is the best place we have ever rented in the US.

We LOVE this house!

This was our second time staying here! A big part of us wanting to come back to Tybee Island is how much we love this home. It has everything you need. It is cheerful. Beach themed. Bright. The pool is heated and ideal for an April visit. We thoroughly enjoy choosing which porch to enjoy our morning coffee or afternoon reading. The house is spacious for our family. The accessibility of the beach a half-block away is a treat to enjoy morning sunrises on the beach.

Best House in Tybee Hands Down

We stayed here 4 years ago and loved everything about the house, because of the excellent location and numerous amenities. We returned again this summer with a large family group of adults + teens, and again, this house was ideal. It had everything we needed: close beach access + the owners provided umbrellas, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable, and the kitchen literally had everything you would ever need for cooking meals for a large group and entertaining poolside. Plus I can't say enough good things about the pool! The pool is heated which is surprisingly needed in Tybee even in July, and the backyard is very nicely laid out and provided such an ideal space for post-beach evening hang-outs. The second story balcony and roof top balcony areas were also a special touch for late night hangouts or just to enjoy the sea breeze and sea views. No exaggeration, this house has it all. Plus, the owners are super responsive and helpful and the place was spotlessly cleaned. 5+ stars!

Great place to stay

Our trip was made fantastic by everything about the VRBO property. From helping with a unique scheduling situation to the home location, to the home itself everything about our stay went beyond our expectations. The home is exactly as advertised with the location even better that we expected. What set the home apart were the amenities. We have stayed in VRBOs both on the ocean and in the mountains across the nation. None compare with the little things that made the house a home for a week. Utensils, spices, paper products, serving items, cookware and much more. The ocean/pool toys were unbelievable. The beach wagon itself was worth its weight in gold! We cannot recommend the property enough. It was a great week.

Family trip to Tybee

This place is AWESOME!!! We've been coming to Tybee for years and this house is our favorite! The decor is exactly what I think of when I think of a beach getaway. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had my elderly parents with us and the elevator made life so much easier for them. The kids played in the pool for HOURS and the bunk room was their dream come true. Checking in and out was a breeze and the proximity to everything we wanted to do was perfect. If you love Tybee (especially the south beach area) this house is absolutely top of the list!

We live in Atlanta and enjoy going to Tybee to escape from all of the traffic and fast-paced life that surrounds Atlanta. We have 2 girls that love going to the beach. We love the laid back atmosphere and small town charm of Tybee. We decided to purchase a home on Tybee Island due to the fact that we kept going back there for our family vacations because we enjoyed it so much.

We chose our beach house because of its convenient location to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the pier for fishing. It's so nice to be able to walk or bike when going to shops or going out to eat. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. We also liked the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the perfect size for our families getting together.

We put a pool in after we bought the beach house and has been a great way to cool off in the Summer. It's also great when the months are cooler, we just turn on the pool heater and enjoy! The backyard is very private, shaded and a great place to gather to grill out and relax. We later screened in a portion of the garage for an outdoor living area where you can relax and watch TV with a cool beach breeze without the worry of any pests. We have plenty of parking as well - 2 spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway, 1 on the side parking pad large enough for an RV or trailer.
