Das wunderschön eingerichtete Haus in Tybee Island ist ideal für Familienfeiern, nur 150 Meter vom Strand entfernt! Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer und einen sehr privaten beheizten Salz-Pool (ideal für Frühling / Herbst!). - Zusätzliche Kosten können entstehen) und ein Aufzug für die Herstellung von Gepäck und Lebensmittel ein Kinderspiel! Die offene Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 55 "Sony LED TV mit Surround-Sound. Es gibt 5 Decks / Balkone, auf denen zu lesen genießen, entspannen, oder ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte.

Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, 19 "TV mit DVD-Player und ein Vollbad mit dem Saal verbunden ist. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Badezimmer mit einem Garten Badewanne und separater Dusche. Schlafzimmer drei im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, TV und DVD-Player, und Verbinden Vollbad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten sowie ein TV und DVD-Player.

Der Pool ist eine große (12 'x 27') Salzwasser-Pool mit einem Wärmepumpensystem .. Das flache Ende eine "Splash-Bereich" (ca. 6 "tief) für kleinere Kinder oder alle, die sich sonnen und dabei cool. Es gibt Adirondack-Stühle, Liegestühle, einen 9-Zoll-Picknicktisch, einen lustigen Rettungsschwimmerstuhl für die "Rettungsschwimmer" im Herzen sowie einen Gasgrill. Auch eine neu hinzugefügte in Raum mit Esstisch und Stühlen, Schaukel und Chaiselongue zum Essen geschirmt / Entspannen.

Wir bieten viele Extras, die Sie nicht nur ein weiteres Strandhaus finden könnten. Zum Beispiel bieten wir ein Strandwagen und Wagen, Liegestühle, Spielzeug und ein Sonnenschirm für Ihren Einsatz. Für diejenigen, die ein Baby haben, bieten wir eine Reihe kostenloser Babyartikel an. Dazu gehören ein Pack n Play, ein Hochstuhl, tragbare Kindersitze, ein Töpfchenstuhl, ein Kinderbett, ein aufblasbares Kleinkindbett, ein Babytor für die Treppe und ein Kinderwagen ein wenig leichter reisen!

The house was awesome. Fully stocked with everything you could need, close to the beach, and the backyard was amazing. We had a great time, and while a few things happened during the week, with a microwave breaking, there was a replacement delivered the very next day. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great location, excellent pool!

We loved our stay, the home is just a short walk away from a couple of beach access points and on a one way road. Reasonable walking distance to several places to the eat and shops. We opted to rent a golf cart for the week which was convenient for neighborhood rides but certainly not a necessity. The pool was awesome, large enough for 3 kids/teens and a couple of adults and it was great having that option if the kids were too tired for the beach. Great outdoor areas in general and the rooftop access was also nice. Would definitely stay again!

This property worked out wonderfully for my family’s first visit to Tybee! The hosts were extremely responsive to my inquiries. The house had numerous amenities. We LOVE this house!

This was our second time staying here! A big part of us wanting to come back to Tybee Island is how much we love this home. It has everything you need. It is cheerful. Beach themed. Bright. The pool is heated and ideal for an April visit. We thoroughly enjoy choosing which porch to enjoy our morning coffee or afternoon reading. The house is spacious for our family. The accessibility of the beach a half-block away is a treat to enjoy morning sunrises on the beach.

Great location

The home was beautiful and perfect size for two families of 4. The house was a quick one block distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The partially shaded pool was beautiful and perfect after a long, hot day at the beach! I would recommend renting golf carts to enjoy driving around Tybee and checking out the area... free parking for gold carts!

Best rental on Tybee!

We had the best spring break vacation on Tybee! This house has absolutely everything you need, even for small children. The house is decorated so nice and is very clean. The heated salt water pool was a big hit! The location is wonderful! two blocks from down town shopping and eating and the beach is just down the street from the house. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Very good experience. The house is exactly what we saw online. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions I had immediately. A good time was had by all of us.

We live in Atlanta and enjoy going to Tybee to escape from all of the traffic and fast-paced life that surrounds Atlanta. We have 2 girls that love going to the beach. We love the laid back atmosphere and small town charm of Tybee. We decided to purchase a home on Tybee Island due to the fact that we kept going back there for our family vacations because we enjoyed it so much.

We chose our beach house because of its convenient location to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the pier for fishing. It's so nice to be able to walk or bike when going to shops or going out to eat. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. We also liked the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the perfect size for our families getting together.

We put a pool in after we bought the beach house and has been a great way to cool off in the Summer. It's also great when the months are cooler, we just turn on the pool heater and enjoy! The backyard is very private, shaded and a great place to gather to grill out and relax. We later screened in a portion of the garage for an outdoor living area where you can relax and watch TV with a cool beach breeze without the worry of any pests. We have plenty of parking as well - 2 spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway, 1 on the side parking pad large enough for an RV or trailer.
