At night, sit by the firepit under whimsical lights and enjoy the outdoor theater or a game of corn hole. House is equipped with a game room for rainy days. Chickens on premise for fresh eggs daily. Just 15 minute drive to Solomon's Island and golfing.
The space
The main floor of your newly upgraded waterfront cottage has a full equipped kitchen, full bath, family room entertainment and game area with shuffle board, foosball, and board games. There's a screen in sunroom with a dinning set, perfect for enjoying freshly steamed crabs!
The second level:
Bedroom #1: TV, queen bed, 2 futons, w/en suite bath
Bedroom #2: TV, queen bed, 2 futons, w/en suite bath
Bedroom #3: TV, bunk bed and trundle w/en suite bath
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the property. There's an outdoor grill, Adirondack chairs and outdoor fire pit. Crabbing & fishing from the private pier along with (2) kayaks, (1) canoe, (1) paddle board and (1) paddle boat. Please exercise caution near the water. Use of the pier, waterfront area, swimming and activities is at your own risk.
Other things to note
AGE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK: The guest booking the property must be 25 years of age or older. The guest who books must stay at the property--you may not book for others if you do not intend to stay at the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside as long as you clean up after yourself. Please do not litter cigarette butts on the deck, in the yard, or anywhere else--butts must go in the trash after they have cooled off. If smoking inside the screened sunroom, please turn on the fan so that the smoke does not linger and leave a smell for our next guest.

SEPTIC SYSTEM: This house has a septic system. Grease and oil must never be allowed down any of the sink drains. Feminine hygiene products must be thrown away in a trash can and not flushed down a toilet. Never flush solid trash down the toilet or into a sink drain.

NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are not allowed.

NO FIREARMS: Guests may not bring firearms or ammunition inside the house.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS: Guests may not possess or consume any illegal drugs on the property, including cannabis.
