As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space, adorned with tasteful elegant décor. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, enjoy starting your day overlooking the peaceful pool, lanai and lush surroundings.

The large living room/great room allows for interaction with others while preparing meals or entertaining. This room has a 65 inch Smart TV, fan with remote and LED lighting and the view to the lanai, pool & lake is second to none!

The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, complete with a comfortable king-size bed, large 60” smart tv and ceiling fan with LED lights and remote and an en-suite bathroom featuring a spa-like shower with a separate corner tub and double his & her sinks, separate toilet area, linen closet keeping all items needed at your finger tips. From the cozy, warm arrangement of furniture to the luxury linens on the bed this bedroom exudes a feeling of tranquility and peace. The master closet is a large walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hanging space. More amazing views from this room too!!

The two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with queen-size beds, smart TV’s, ceiling fans with LED lights. Spacious closets with lots of storage and loaded with hangers. 🛏️😴 And, share a well-appointed bathroom.

Den/Remote Work Area/4th Bedroom: The 4th bedroom/den is an office area with a memory foam queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a full closet stocked with hangers and plenty of storage. Be on vacation yet still have the ability to be connected when needed or when you want to. This room has a desk with a wi-fi printer and a smart TV. 👩🏻‍💻 👨🏻‍💻

Sliding glass doors lead to a private screened lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evenings while taking in the serene views of the golf course and landscaped greens as well as relaxing in your own private pool and hot tub. The large kitchen window has an exceptional view of the golf course and stunning lanai area. There is also a bar cabinet with everything you need to create a perfect evening beverage (not alcohol but glassware)

The lanai/outdoor area has a kitchen with a Viking grill with propane and a refrigerator. The lanai is accessible through the kitchen breakfast area, the living area, as well as the master bedroom. There is plenty of seating with a sofa and chairs, a table that seats 6 with an umbrella and swivel chairs too creating an eating and conversation area. There is a large ceiling fan to keep the outdoor space very comfortable. We have plenty of pool floaties and a spa. everything you need to kick back and relax and enjoy the beauty and weather that sunny Florida has to offer. This area is overlooking the 11th fairway, the golf course lake, and all surrounding that! ☕🍷

Laundry Room: The laundry room has a new GE front loader washer and dryer with plenty of cabinet space to store laundry and cleaning supplies. Through the laundry room is also an entrance/exit to the garage.

Supplies: The home is stocked with plenty of fluffy bath towel, beach towels, extra pillows, and luxury linens. A starter supply of toilet paper and other items will be waiting for you as well.

The community amenities are just a short distance away, offering you access to championship golf courses, tennis courts, a sparkling pool, and a clubhouse with dining options. The golf course is a golfer’s dream! It is a pristine George Lewis course! Also, if you prefer, pristine clay tennis courts await you! After a relaxing round of golf or a friendly game of tennis, enjoy the several other amenities like the pool bar/restaurant, the Boulevard Bistro Bar & Grill, as well as the main dining room. SPECIAL NOTE ON HOA TRANSFER: (subject to change if rates are changed by Bonita National G&CC)

**Social Membership transfer only (required) based on length of rental:
Only 2 Adult Renters can be listed for the Member Transfers & only those members should communicate with the HOA office.

$400/one month, $325/two months and $300/three months...social transfer provides you full access to all club amenities except golf - championship tennis center, resort pool, all dining venues, special events, state of the art fitness center.

GOLF Membership Transfer: Add optional golf membership transfer at a one-time cost of $500 to transfer for full golf access. Greens/Cart fees still apply

***** NOTE: 6.5% tax is applied to total membership transfer costs.

Cleaning Fee: $450 per month (this includes a mid stay clean and check out deep cleaning.) Longer than month stays may have additional cleanings set up.

Pets: We may allow a small pet with prior approval, previous renter reference and subject to non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Pet Fee: $400 (one-time fee)

30% due at time of booking
30% due 5 months prior to arrival
40% final balance due 60 days prior to arrival
