Erster Stock Walkout Condo, Lake Christopher Eigentumswohnungen

Der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub. Komplett eingerichtete 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung vor kurzem aktualisiert umfasst Mikrowelle, Backofen mit Glasplatte, Geschirrspüler, Crockpot, Mixer, grundlegende Küchenutensilien, grundlegende Gewürze, Gewürze, Papier, Plastiktüten und alle Wraps enthalten. Wenn wir reisen, lieben wir es zu kochen und haben dafür gesorgt, dass das Kochgeschirr und die Zubereitung sowie das Servieren komplett sind, einschließlich guter Messer für die Zubereitung und Steakmesser zum Essen. Eine große Auswahl an Servierschalen und -platten wird ebenfalls geliefert. Ich habe auch einen Gasgrill zum Kochen auf der Terrasse zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das Schlafzimmer am See verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett in einem anderen Zimmer und ein Doppelbett im dritten. Ein Queen-Size-Ausziehsofa ist auch im Wohnzimmer verfügbar. Das Master-Bad hat eine Eckdusche und das Hauptbad hat eine Badewanne und Dusche.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss, ein Stereo-DVD- und -VHS-System von Sony und Highspeed-WLAN.
Es gibt einen Holzofen, alles Holz und Vorspeisen sind vorhanden. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.

Wir sind 3 Meilen zum Berg. Abram Ski Area, 8 Meilen von Bethel und 12 Meilen von Sunday River Ski Area. Es gibt schöne Lake Christopher direkt vor der Tür. Viel Rasenfläche für den Sommer, ein Kanu, ein Paddleboard und 2 Docks zum Schwimmen, Angeln und Bootfahren. Im Winter können Sie direkt vor der Tür mit dem Schneemobil fahren und auch das Eisfischen ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie haben eine tolle Aussicht auf den See und den Berg. Christopher ist geradeaus, wenn Sie durch die Glasschiebetüren auf die Terrasse gehen.

Great cozy home away from home. We skied Sunday River all day and couldn't wait to get back and snuggle into this wonderful condo. 2 adults and 3 kids 15 - 9 comfortably fit and enjoyed cooking and sleeping.

Weekend getaway

May friend and I have stayed at this property several times. Great location for leaf peeping. House is pleasant and well maintained- love to borrow the canoe but a little too cold this year. Hope to return next year.

It was cozy and very clean with all the comforts of home. From plenty of towels right down to a toothbrush! The owner has gone out of her way to make sure you need nothing. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Lake side stay

The property was nice, being by the lake was lovely. The host was easy to get in touch with and was pleasent to converse with. The only downfall were loud neighbors (obviously out of the hosts control) and the stairs going downstairs were awkward and that was only a problem because I needed to store a large cake in the fridge for a cake competition!

Amazing views

The location is amazing. Sitting on a beautiful lake and the time of the year that we visited was truly spectacular ! All the colors of the Fall were right out our door. We used Cindy's canoe to take a beautiful ride around the lake. Her condo is comfortable and cozy.

We Love Maine!

Good value for condo on Lake Christopher in Bryant Pond. Right on the lake. Well-stocked and maintained. Master bed was comfortable. Dining for 4 was tight in the kitchen.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at this lakeside condo. We were up there to do some skiing so didn't take advantage of all the lake had to offer, but could imagine it would be a great place to spend time during the summer too. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries. The place was comfortable and provided all we could have hoped for from a vacation rental. The bedrooms are a tiny bit smaller than usual but still comfortable. Will consider renting again if we go back to the area

Fabulous Lake location

Easy to find and check in, basement condo right on Bryant Pond. The family of Loons, view of Mt. Christopher and an awesome sunset greeted us ! Though others were at the site, we lucked out, that it wasn't too busy. The available paddleboard and canoe are heavy- be prepared.. We love the train whistles and rumbling cars, but be prepared that it goes thru after 10p.m... The busy construction on the road will be done " soon", hopefully... None of this is the owner's ' fault'- just helping with surroundings.. The Grands made full use of swimming off the dock! The Bald Eagle couple, King Fisher and hummingbird entertained the adults, especially... The well- stocked spices, condiments and cooking supplies helped, immensely. Location was perfect for our day trip to Rangeley ( saw a Moose!) Introduced the Grands to Rock Hounding at the Outdoor Adventure and Bethel Gem and Mineral Museum.! The Lake view is Most relaxing and Worth the stay !! Thank you, Cindy, for your hospitality!

Location is excellent

The location was excellent and even better than the listing described! Having the canoe and paddle board was so nice to be able to enjoy the pond even more. The kitchen was, as other reviews mentioned, well stocked with the pots, pans, dishes, etc. needed. The location is a 5+ star. The downsides were some aspects of the condo. It is a basement walk-out condo and did have mildew smell - on the positive there were candles to combat this. Maybe this is normal with the humidity in Maine though? The other downside were the bugs (mostly spiders). From the time we arrived we noticed cobwebs, spiders and beetles in the condo. We were very careful to keep the screen door closed while there to avoid adding more bugs inside but we weren’t comfortable sitting on the floor and were careful to check bedding, etc. Maybe it’s been a bad year for bugs too. For this, the condo and overall rating is a 3. Regardless, we could tell that this is a well loved condo and location.

Cozy and clean

We came back for the second year in a row to stay in Cindy's home. The sheets and towels are fantastic and the kitchen is well-stocked. Instructions for check-in and check-out, as well as how to use the fireplace, are easy to understand. Highly recommend this VRBO - a fantastic deal and we'll definitely be back again next year!

Outstanding stay

Great stay at this condo! The kitchen is well-stocked and clean, and the condo has very high quality bed sheets and towels. The first night we didn't quite get the hang of using the wood stove (which is in addition to the electric thermostat) but by the second night we figured it out. Check in was super easy. The entire condo was quite clean and we would stay there again.

This condo was well equipped with everything! It was clean, had an excellent stock of bedding and cookware, beautiful view, and great neighbors. The host was excellent with communication so we knew what to expect and some adaptations ahead of time. The kids enjoyed swimming and the beds were very comfortable. Pulling it all together

We had 3 from Oregon and 3 from Mississippi packed in nice and cozy. The weather cooperated, the lake was beautiful and warm enough to swim. We had good food and good times. The condo is very well equipped. Would definately book again.

Three Day Sunday River Ski Trip

The property is exactly as advertised! Cozy three bedroom, two bathroom condo right on the river! A 20 minute no hassle ride to Sunday River ski area and so nice to come back to after a day of skiing! Cindy is an outstanding owner and very responsive to questions and concerns! I've stayed at many a rental condo and this one does have the pots/dishes/condiments/spices/etc that she mentions! Excellent host, excellent stay! Highly recommended!!!!
