This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the great restaurants and attractions that Yarmouth has to offer which again is another bonus when traveling with young children. Check in and check out were a breeze, easier than a hotel! We truly enjoyed our vacation.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Wow, what a view!!!

We have been spoiled for any other place on the cape. Very nice home, great location close to everything. And probably the best view from any house on the cape. Love the decor and everything about it!!!

This was my first time at the Cape and this little house was absolutely PERFECT for my family of 4. My daughter is 4yo and my son is just over 1. Everything from its size, location, amenities was exactly what we hoped our trip to be. Here are some of the highlights about this place... 5min drive to all the major supermarkets and places to eat Secluded feel without being too remote for us city slickers Amazing view during the day and even at night! Small but has a lot of charm Clean Two full size beds (one fold out) Private backyard great for little kids to play in the sand Private parking up front We all liked this place enough that we are already thinking about going back next year!

The property was clean and charming. But the view... worth every penny. Absolutely gorgeous with a deck and private beach. We went in October when it was less busy but still mild out. The power went out one night (through no fault of the property, there was nearby road work and they hit an underground power line) and Dawn was helpful and communicative until it was restored.

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

Incredible Vacation Spot

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt we will be returning for a third! The location on the beach is spectacular and the property itself is wonderful. It is close to great restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The owners are very responsive to any needs that may arise during a visit. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

This home is amazing. I really have no words to describe the LOCATION. When you sit IN the house, you feel as if you are ON the beach. Its like having your living room on the sand. You can only understand what Im saying by experiencing it. Beautifully appointed decor and soooo cozy. Quiet, peaceful, breathtaking views - sunrise to sunset. Don’t miss this gem. Look no further!

Great location, private, great views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach was very nice. We enjoyed taking walks, just sitting outside, drinking coffee on back porch, and a night would open the doors and listen to the waves and enjoy the cool breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the Skipper restaurant right down the road, local ice cream shops, and the taffy market. It was nice being close to Hyannis so we could take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard for day trips. Great communication from owners, very friendly and accommodating.

Dream location!!

This place was absolutely adorable. Very retro feel but has everything you need. Walking out back in the morning, just sitting there having coffee while watching the waves crack is just a great way to start your day. You are literally about 15 steps from the ocean. I’ve never slept better in my life. Listening to the waves crash at night is about the most peaceful thing ever!! This place will not disappoint!

Oceanfront Getaway

Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

Birthday getaway

Maybe a bit pricey depending on availability but as advertised and worth the money. I had a nice 2 day stay. The beach is cleaner than others which was nice. Getting in and out of the address onto the road was relatively easy and quick to get into town and back. Would be top notch if pets were allowed but its understandable. Nice kitchen, bedroom and small but cozy bathroom. Lots of places to relax and move around. Pretty quiet and a view you dont want to miss. Id love to come back for a equal or longer stay.

Perfect ! Ocean at your door!

Small, rustic and cozy. Clean. Perfect view of ocean at your door through all the walls of windows. No air conditioning but the breeze was sufficient. You can open all the doors and it’s just like being on the beach without the sand. Comfy sofa. Perfect distance to get to anything else on the Cape. I’m coming back in September with a friend.

We purchased this beach house in 2012 (had my eye on it for years :) We have also owned two neighboring oceanfront homes on this same street since 2001 with a proud unblemished record of delighted vacationers. We assure you that this is a high quality accommodation, a clean, comfortable and gorgeous oceanfront property, a perfect location for Cape Cod vacationing. Feel free to also read the rave reviews posted about our properties next door, which is the same great location, on our listings at VRBO homeaway listings #105984 and #105982. Beware-- Once you rent oceanfront on Cape Cod, you'll never go back inland or even to the Bay side. Enjoy these warmer waters and gorgeous views!

Once you go Oceanfront, you never go back!! Can't ask for a better vacation spot right on the Ocean with a private beach and a short stroll to restaurants and many activities! Free use of our double ocean kayak--if you are bringing a child it is large enough to ride a 3rd person(child) in the center. Short stroll to a playground with swings on the beach, restaurants, water park, watersports rental, parasail, jet ski, boats. This is an Oceanfront dream home, great for either romantic gettaway or family vacation fun.
