Set right on the banks of Mountaintown Creek, this newly-built, two-story retreat offers an open-concept interior, soaring ceilings, forest views, and a wide variety of top-of-the-line amenities. While you'll find plenty of fun and relaxing things to do on-site, this home is in the heart of the Bear Creek Mountain Biking Area and less than nine miles from downtown Ellijay for shops, restaurants, and multiple attractions. Pay a visit to Engelheim Vineyards, explore Talking Rock Nature Park, or challenge the fairways at the Whitepath Golf Club, all within 20 miles of your door.

Prepare anything from your morning coffee to elaborate, full-course meals in the open-concept, contemporary kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating. Meet up for mealtimes or game nights at the adjacent dining table, and then recline in the living area or gather together outside on the furnished deck where you can switch on the fireplace and watch your favorite shows in the open air.

If you're craving a little friendly competition, this home has you covered with two game rooms - the garage boasts a TV, dart board, and Ping-Pong table, while the lower-level rec room features a gas fireplace, TV, wet bar, shuffleboard table, and foosball. On this same level, you'll find your very own hot tub accessible from this space as well as one of the lower-level guest rooms.

Additional features and amenities include two sets of washers and dryers, a gas grill, a firepit, and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
