Magnificent 3000 sq ft lake home featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private lakefront dock, gourmet kitchen, great room, basement, large deck, screened in porch with BBQ & fire pit, 2 fireplaces, AC, high-end furnishings, appliances, and home entertainment.

The Lake Home is located near Tiger Bay and is fully recreational providing the best water-skiing and tubing on the lake. The shoreline by the water gradually gets deeper so there are no “drop offs” and the lake shore bottom is sandy with a few rocks. Kids of all ages will enjoy the lake and fishing off the dock!

Comfortably decorated 3-level home sleeps 8 adults with driveway parking for more than 4 vehicles.

The Main Space
Entry Level
The entry level is spectacular! It hosts a well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless appliances. The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with a wood burning fireplace. The first two guest bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen) reside on this level tucked away from the living room with a full bathroom.

2nd Level (walk out basement)
The 2nd level hosts a den with fireplace, high-def smart TV, sound system, foosball table, guest bedroom with bunk beds (full and twin), wet bar, bathroom, laundry, and walk out deck. The perfect, cozy space to watch your favorite movie or sports game. Streaming services available. New additions to the level includes pool table and fully electronic dartboard.

3rd Level (above entry)
The Master Suite is the only room on this level and is equipped with a pillow top king size bed, private deck with rocking chairs, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bathrooms
The bathrooms on all 3 levels feature spa-quality towels and toiletries.

Outdoor Living Space
Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, The Lake Home features 2 fully appointed decks with treetop and lake views. Featuring ample seating, BBQ, and fire pit. New additions include a swim raft in the lake along with two stand up paddle boards for guest use.

Small Details
The property has everything expected from a luxury lake home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils, and gadgets as well as a coffee maker. The bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. The laundry comes complete with washer & dryer. Beach towels and inflatables are provided for all of your lake adventures at no additional charge. AC and WI-FI included.

Cumberland
Shops, grocery store, antique stores, playgrounds, and restaurants/bars are a quick 10 minute drive to Main Street. Award winning Louie’s Meat is minutes away, too!

Strict no pet policy. If violated we reserve the right to impose a $500 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property.

IMPORTANT:
There are a substantial number of steps going down to the lake.
Four wheel drive is recommended in the winter to access our home.

The only camera on property is on a smart deadbolt on the garage, which is not accessible for guests.
