A desert retreat, Mojave Villa provides a tastefully crafted interior designed to capture the essence of the community, with outside amenities built for any occasion.

Perched atop a hill in a coveted community of Joshua Tree, Mojave Villa enjoys 360° views of the Hi-Desert while having the distinct luxury of being within walking distance of the national park.

The professionally designed interior evokes warm desert vibes, while the outside amenities give you all you need to entertain and relax.

The House

As you drive to the house, you will notice it sitting on an elevated hill in an exclusive community. You can park in the covered garage for two, complete with EV charging options.

As you enter the home, you will immediately notice the entire back wall with sliding glass doors. Mojave Villa is designed to blend the desert exterior with the luxury interior. You will feel the home's marriage between new modern amenities and the warmth of a desert retreat.

Bed and Bath

There are two bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with private sliding doors to the exterior. Relax on premium DreamCloud beds with Parachute linen bedding. Curl up in the plush spa waffle robe. At night, turn on the sconces and curl up with a great book while your room's independent A/C allows you to enjoy the perfect temperature.

Bathrooms include hairdryers, a clothing steamer, Organic Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is designed to allow you to stay in and create your favorite meals. It's fully equipped with a complete set of cookware, tableware, and appliances (oven, microwave, air fryer, stove, coffee maker for pods or beans, and a juicer). The beautiful dining room table seats 6. Enjoy meals while opening the sliding doors to the outside, allowing the desert and interior to blend together.

Exterior

Joshua Tree has an implicit beauty, and Mojava Villa was designed to take advantage of its offerings. As you open the sliding doors, you can enjoy morning coffee overlooking the desert or a cocktail at night. In front of the house sits a custom diamond conversation fire pit that can fit all your friends or family.

Out farther is our custom outdoor dining table under the wooden pergola and a custom deck with its built-in hot tub and cowboy pool. This area is perfect for entertaining and having fun, BBQ, and dining.
