The space
Entry from gravel drive with private parking. Large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area with woodburner and doors to garden. Two bedrooms (a double with Kingsize bed and twin bedroom with singles) are downstairs along with a shower room (with WC). Upstairs has the master bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and another bathroom. Garden has eating area with round table for 8, as well as seating area with sofa and chairs.

Other things to note
Goodwood racecourse is just on the hill, with Goodwood House where the Festival of Speed is held just below, and the racetrack and aerodrome where the Revival is held a little further on. Look at the Goodwood event lists for details. Wonderful beach at West Wittering is around 30 mins drive. Weald and Downland Museum just a stone's throw away. Culture from the Festival Theatre and Pallant Gallery in Chichester. Wonderful walks from the door.
