Welcome to this classic central Tucson ranch-style home! A charming 3-bed, 2-bath plus office property is located on the designated “Bike Street”. With its modern touches and split floor plan, it is the perfect place to call home during your vacation or short-term corporate stay.

You will love all of the creature comforts that accompany this property! A fully appointed kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. Or simply enjoy game nights around the dining room table or outside in the enclosed AZ patio room! Other features include internet/WIFI, three TVs, yoga mat/hand weights/exercise ball, a desk and ceiling fans throughout. Bathrooms contain soap, shampoo, plenty of towels, and hair dryers. This is my second stay at this property. Great central location. The house is so welcoming and comfortable. Backyard was my favorite part with comfortable chairs and plenty of sunshine for this girl who escaped the east coast winter for a short time.

The house was very well laid out and clean. Neighborhood was perfect for us-tranquil, not much traffic, lots of birds singing and really nice location with easy access downtown, to the UofA and to the surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for our needs and the A/C worked great on our 100 degree days. The front patio was shaded and nice. But the best part was mornings on the screened in large back porch having coffee in the mornings sitting in the rocking chairs listening to the birds. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This home met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It was central to our outings to state and national parks. In the neighborhood

The purpose of our trip to Tucson was for me to attend the Tucson Festival of Books. In addition we have friends in the Catalina Foothills and in Green Valley. The location was perfect! The house was very comfortable. I wish we could have spent more time in the backyard but the weather did not cooperate. It looked like a great place to spend time!

University of Arizona Parents Weekend

My family stayed here to visit my college senior during parent’s weekend. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming…we were very comfortable and felt like we were “home”. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated and kitchen was well stocked. Check in was simple and the host was available if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to tucson

My husband and I were in Tucson for just a quick few days so wanted something centrally located to all sides of town. This house was just right. The neighborhood is going through some changes with neighbors updating and redoing homes but we were never concerned about it. The house is just as it appears in the photos — clean, well cared for and very well stocked. Lori was very accessible and prompt and she gave us good recommendations for food and activities.

Perfect Tucson Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Tucson! The home was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable, with a divine master suite bathroom that felt like a spa retreat. The enclosed back patio was a perfect bonus—we spent a couple of afternoons out there with margaritas, soaking in the beautiful surroundings.After several visits to Tucson, we had yet to find a property we wanted to return to for our annual trips—until now. This one checks all the boxes, and we’ll absolutely be back! Communication from the owner was immediate and seamless, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Had everything we needed

This was the perfect house for our Tucson visit. My husband and I stayed with our 3 year old son and my mother in law. The house was nice and clean and everyone had a very comfortable place to stay. The house had everything we needed- well equipped kitchen. Our son loved having the backyard space to get out and play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location made it easy to get around to where we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Midtown Charmer

We needed a clean midtown location as we waited for work to be done on our home. We lucked into this very clean, quiet, 3 bedroom house not far from our home. This house couldn't have been sweeter and was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and it's close enough to midtown to be very convenient. The property manager was the best: cooperative and efficient. She helped us immensely when we needed to extend our stay. This is 5 star gem.

Business Retreat

We need a place for a small group to gather for a business retreat that would allow the creative juices to flow. This was the perfect location. The home was well lit and had a good flow and an amazing dining room table that had lots of work space. The screened in porch was wonderful for morning brainstorming sessions with a cup of coffee. We had to reach out to Lori about a few things, she was very responsive and assisted with all that we needed. We will be returning next time we need to do another retreat. Thank you so much for everything Lori.

Great cozy house with an amazing back yard space

Our stay was short and sweet, but we were very comfortable. This was a work weekend for us, so we didn't have very much down time. OBSERVATIONS: Master bath has AMAZNG lighting for makeup application. Back porch is screened so you don't have to worry about bugs. Games were provided! Kitchen was great and coffee pot with all the "fixings" was provided. Did miss regular sugar as an option. Overall, our stay was super comfy and we would stay again.

Timrod was my first investment property and my daughter's first "home away from home". I will never sell this home as it has special meaning for me. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint and a little bit quirky! It is a stone's throw (or quick bike ride) to the city's largest park and Reid Zoo, which also contains the Randolph Golf Course, and Edith Ball Aquatics Center! In addition, it is around the corner from so many amazing restaurants, the historic ElCon Mall, Park Place Mall, movie theaters, and a full service gym! Don't forget just how close the University of Arizona and Downtown attractions are located!
