My kids grew up in this community and my daughter is now my real estate business partner, while my son enjoys his home in the mountain air of Flagstaff, AZ. I love Tucson and I love what I do...and that is teaching newcomers what all Tucson has to offer, including amazing hiking and biking, swimming, shopping, music, food and cultural events! Tucson is the home of the UA Wildcats...we love our university teams! So come experience Tucson in all of it's beauty and quirkiness! I think you will fall in love!

Timrod was my first investment property and my daughter's first "home away from home". I will never sell this home as it has special meaning for me. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint and a little bit quirky! It is a stone's throw (or quick bike ride) to the city's largest park and Reid Zoo, which also contains the Randolph Golf Course, and Edith Ball Aquatics Center! In addition, it is around the corner from so many amazing restaurants, the historic ElCon Mall, Park Place Mall, movie theaters, and a full service gym! Don't forget just how close the University of Arizona and Downtown attractions are located!
