PLEASE NOTE: The home is located behind a shopping plaza, situated right in the corner of a quiet family neighborhood with privacy hedges in the front yard and a fully fenced in backyard to make it as private as possible. Having a shopping plaza so close allows you to have quick access to local restaurants or shops.

BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Bed (fully protected mattress cover as well as the pillows), nightstands with 2 lamps. Smart TV with all the apps, a ceiling fan with light.

BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin Beds, one nightstand with a lamp, a ceiling fan with light.

BATHROOM: Our fully renovated bathroom, has a shower combination with cold and hot water, beautiful tile and vanity, hand soap, tissue box, toilet paper rolls, fresh towel set, body soap, emergency kit, blow dryer and cleaning supplies under sink cabinet.

KITCHEN: Fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, spices, coffee maker, blender, toaster, paper towels/trash bags.

INDOOR LIVING: Our Living/Dining room has a sofa, side tables, a coffee table, a nice entertainment center with a brand new 55” smart TV with all the apps available to use with your own Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu and other platforms via our WIFI (Router next to TV).
