HOUSE RULES:
1. We do not host bachelor or bachelorette parties. The primary renter must be at least 25 years or older.
2. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. If there are fines assessed through the HOA, they will be 100% the responsibility of the guest and can be deducted from your damage deposit.
3. Excessive outdoor noise including screaming, yelling, and the use of loud music and profanity is prohibited at all times. Please observe community quiet hours from 10PM – 8AM.
4. Please treat this condo as you would your own home. We wish to remind our guests that many full-time residents live in this community. We ask that you extend common courtesy and abide by house rules.
5. Security personnel strictly enforces these rules. Violating these rules may result in fines and can result in arrest and or eviction from the rental property.
6. Parties and events must be pre-approved and may be subject to extra fees.
7. Smoking, public nudity, drones and pets are prohibited.
8. While the beach is beautiful, be aware that there is a dangerous undertow, riptides, and very strong waves. Always stay alert and keep your distance from the shoreline.
