Entire home and backyard! The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located near Downtown Nashville, The Grand Ole Opry, Nashville International Airport, Opry Mills, Restaurants and More. Guests will enjoy a large fully fenced backyard, private driveway for parking, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath located in a quiet neighborhood.

The Cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This house is approximately 1400 square feet. The driveway can accommodate at least 3-4 cars.

Guests can enjoy access to the entire house & fenced backyard. When arriving please use side door entrance with keyless entry key-pad.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage just minutes from downtown Nashville. We were in town for a competition, and the location made it easy to get to both the Gaylord and downtown. The owners were incredibly responsive, and the home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The fresh flowers on the table when we arrived were such a special touch. We’re already looking forward to our next stay—thank you for everything!

This was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out very clean. The host was very, very nice even left us cupcakes for our granddaughter‘s 21st birthday celebration. We will definitely recommend this and we will definitely rent it again if we get the opportunity.

Wonderful Stay Near the Grand Ole Opry!We had an amazing time at this home in Nashville! The location was perfect — close to all the shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the Grand Ole Opry. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville! THank You!!

The Cozy Cottage was perfect. The location was close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Everything we could have needed was there. Great communication from Eva and she even surprised us with cupcakes for my daughter's birthday!

Three bedroom, two bathroom house. Two living rooms. So cozy! Would absolutely, 100% stay here again. Private driveway. Large, flat, fenced in backyard for kids to run and play. She even had a large toy box outside with outdoor toys for the kids. One of the two bathrooms is in the hallway for the two bedrooms. The second bathroom is kind of odd. It is a private bathroom for the third bedroom, has a washer and dryer in it, a shower, and a toilet. There is no sink in there. I would have liked to lower the temperature setting at night for sleeping, and could not figure out how to set the thermostat lower. It was almost as if the temperature setting was locked somehow? Owner was not aware of the thermostat being locked or anything; we did not resolve this because we only had a two night stay.The place was CLEAN, which is most important to me! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Grocery store very close by! Used Uber to go to our event at Nissan Stadium. Overall, if staying in Nashville would stay here again!
