Welcome to Creekside Place! Beautifully decorated in Boho theme, this 2 BR, 2 Bath guesthouse is so cute & cozy with a great vibe making it the perfect place to relax & unwind after a day of exploring. The newly renovated, professional decorated condo is located in a quiet condo community in downtown Harrison. A stay at Creekside Place means a PERFECT central location with EVERYTHING within a short drive
This Boho Style Guesthouse has a great vibe and is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with its cozy living room, spacious bedrooms - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. Its been completely remodeled - open concept floor plan.
Our living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy.

We are located in downtown Harrison- walking distance of Lake Harrison Trail, Crooked Creek, Kiwanis Community Bark Park, Anstaff Soccer Complex, Youth Center, City Pool, Courthouse Square where you can enjoy a few of our local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, Minnie Harris Park where most local festivals are held, and the future Community Center. It is conveniently located to Buffalo River, Branson, Eureka Springs, Bull Shoals & Tablerock lakes. Most loved for its patio and its proximity to Buffalo River. At the end of an adventure-packed day, let our home be your relaxing escape from it all!
Guests Access
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. The only area you will not have access to is the garage. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
We are local host. Can be contacted at anytime if something comes up. We have another property beside the condo, and not more than 5 minutes from our home. All check-ins and check-outs are by keyless keypad but we are here to help if needed. We own Benton House Designs which sits in front of the property by the street.

Please note that this condo sits right behind Benton House Designs and next it Benton House Retreat It is a part of Benton Court condos with an HOA. Please be respectful of normal noise hours (approximately 8 am-10 pm).
P E T C O N S I D E R A T I O N S
★ Pets must be approved prior to booking.
★ No more than 2 dogs - less than 25lbs
★ Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.
★ Must clean up after your pet. Bags, pet towels and extra cleaner are all provided.
★ Any damage must be reported ASAP
★ If caught with an unapproved pet you may be asked to leave with no money refunded.
★ Absolutely NO CATS allowed due to allergies.
PARKING: There are 2 parking spots to the side of condo designated for Creekside Place parking, (see signs) and one parking space in front of the garage for motorcycles and compact cars ONLY. You will not have access to the garage during your stay. Do not block the driveway for thru-traffic to other homeowners' condos. There are multiple overflow spots in the parking lot for trailers, boats etc.
KEYPAD: Use the code keypad located on the front door to enter the house. To lock the door when leaving, push the lock icon button on the keypad. Do not lock the door knob on the inside or you will be locked out of the house.
MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS: All equipment in the home should be in working order. Please report any maintenance or safety problems promptly. Emergencies will be tended to as soon as a qualified technician becomes available. Keep the plumbing free of toys and foreign objects. Do not run the AC with the doors or windows open as it will freeze up the unit.
CLEANING AT CHECK-OUT: The house will be cleaned after you leave, but should be left in a clean & neat condition. There is no need to strip or remake the beds or launder the linens. Please make sure the dishes are washed and trash is collected and put in the cans behind the patio.
NO refund will be issued for early departures.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: We are not responsible for any lost or personal items left behind. However, every effort will be made to locate and return them to you.
