For those in search of a peaceful, sunlit escape from their busy lifestyle, this relaxing two-story home along the west side of South Padre Island is sure to please! Find yourself within a few miles of several popular attractions, or just sit out on your patio and catch glimpses of the lagoon as refreshing sea breezes drift across while you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Inside, discover plenty of plush furnishings alongside well-equipped kitchens brimming with stainless steel appliances and all the accessories and utensils you could ask for! Meet up for meals or gather for board games at the dining tables.
Take your pick from five comfortable bedrooms, keep your laundry under control with the provided washers and dryers, and stream all your favorite channels on the TVs while you cool down in the central air-conditioning.
Things to Know This duplex-style home is separated into Unit A and Unit B, with no internal connection between them. There is free parking for 2 car(s). Check in time: 4:00 PM Check out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Loved the location, pool & hot tub, & the local shops with their amazing owners. The neighbors, not so much. I dont think they like it being a rental property. Wish the cops would squash the unnecessary calls. We abided by the quiet times q0pm-8am, not unreasonable. But to be harassed for playing volleyball in the pool around noon and getting the police called.

The interior was very well maintained and clean. The outside needed some work light switch on lower level falling out of the wall. And patio not clean. I suggest leaving a book with info in it for hot tub and pool , how to turn on the heat in them and where the bubbler button is located also took us a while to locate pool lite switch . Overall we enjoyed our stay

Noisy karen neighbor to the left
Next door lady was very noisy & always looking out from her deck & windows. She yelled at the kids ( 3yrs -16yrs) playing in the pool before quiet time to keep the noise down a few times before sunset. We did respect the quiet time at 10pm every night but that one noisy neighbor still was a bitter salty person. We ignored her go on about our day & night. Overall we had a great experience with the house & other neighbors.

There are separate entrances for top and bottom units, but I was sent a code only for the top entrance and waited over 20 minutes to access bottom unit. The restrooms had hair in drawers and showers. Larger shower looks like it has mold in it and the vent didn’t work. The dishwasher had a foul odor to it, so we washed dishes by hand. There was no explanation of how to use the hot tub and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights on in the pool. The bottom floor’s electrical switched off a few times and we had to flip the breaker outside. Very inconvenient especially because at night we were asleep and didn’t notice until it got super hot.

We rented the whole house for a total of 13 people. For 7 days. Upon entering the home our first impression was how lovely it was until we actually looked around. The house itself was lovely. Nice decor throughout, spacious quarters but, the house was left with a few improvements needed. The floors on both units were not clean. They were not swept nor mopped. There was food splatters and very noticeable dirt throughout. The bathroom baseboards in the upper unit especially were very dirty. The showers all had hair in them with dirty shower floors. There was only 4 bath towels in each unit for all the guests! There should be an adequate amount for the size of the units! The upper unit dishwasher had standing water in it which was very smelly it must have been in there for quite some time. The lower unit dishwasher was smelly upon startingsimilar to rotten eggs. We hand washed all dishes.The units only had one extra garbage bag per unit. The owners should provide more. The upstairs dryer didn’t work at all along with a fan in the upstairs bathroom not working. The kitchens were poorly stocked with items. Not enough cups, silverware, and basic cooking needs. The pots and pans were badly peeling and scratched looked like they were never replaced. The outdoor areas were not mowed and numerous weeds throughout the patio. The 2 grills that were there were so gross there was absolutely no way we would cook on them they were rusty and covered in old food. One was missing a whe
