You will love our location - just 10 minutes from the charming downtown Newport, less than 2 miles from the beautiful Sachuest beaches and 2 miles from Easton’s beach.

Our home is situated on one acre and half, featuring an expansive, private backyard, large deck and a beautiful stone patio space, designed for relaxation and outdoor activities. It provides the perfect combination of comfort, space and serenity for your group.

If you love golf, you will appreciate the proximity to Newport National Golf Club, and Jamestown Golf course - both a few miles away.

Inside you will enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining and living design.

The modern chef’s kitchen is fully stocked, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large island. From it step out directly on the expansive deck, overlooking a large stone patio, a 5-person hot tub and an outdoor shower. On the deck you will also find a lounging area and an outdoor dining area - complete with seating for 10+, to enjoy an alfresco meal with family and friends.

The stone patio boasts a grilling/outdoor kitchen area, complete with a Gaucho and Green Egg grills and ice bin and a Solo firepit, and it is perfect for barbecues and gatherings.

Relax on the Adirondack chairs, roast some s’mores, or simply enjoy a fire while sipping on a refreshing beverage and admiring the sunset and the stars.

The 5-person private hot tub is ready to offer you extra relaxation, be it at the end of the day, under the stars, or early in the morning, while sipping on your coffee and enjoying the morning sun.


Inside the beautiful living room is open, and sunny, with vaulted ceilings and designed with cozy nooks for relaxing, reading and chatting. It is stocked with board games, puzzles and books.

The first floor also offers two bedrooms - a queen and a queen bedroom – and a full bath with standing shower. The second floor offers three bedrooms - a king bedroom, queen bedroom with a twin trundle bed, and full size and 3 single (bunk bed style) bedroom, and a full bath with tub and shower and laundry area.

Downstairs in the finished basement is a family room with a foosball table, basketball hoop game, arcade machine with 100+ video games, another TV and toys for children.

You will have access to the entire home, front and back patio area and backyard.

The driveway offers free, on- site parking for 6+ vehicles.

The barn on the property, and the unfinished part basement are not part of the access and are reserved for owners only.

Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and Equipment is available.

When reserving - please make sure to list the correct number of guests - as bed linen and towels will be allocated based on number of guests provided.

Please consider this is our home - and if you are renting it, we ask you treat it with care.

Please note children under 7 are not allowed in the hot tub and children under 16 can only use for short time under full parental supervision.

We do not allow bachelor/bachelorette/ loud parties at our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood - and we are respectful of our neighbors.

This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud(Minut).
