Large Suite 2 beds plus Murphy full, Victorian Farm Style, Downtown Plainfield

Enjoy this Large - Private Suite; comfortable one to two bedroom options within a large Victorian-Farm style home, in historic, downtown Plainfield, IL. This property is 2 blocks to downtown Plainfield, consisting of many restaurants, shops, and breweries, coupled with a large park & nature area with a river running through it. A neighborhood pool, parks and more. Is near Naperville, Crest Hill, Shorewood, Joilet, Bolingbrook and Romeoville.

This unit is large, on the second floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed, recently added another comfy Queen bed into the large dinning room (creating a bedroom there soon since it has a nice walkin closet). The other bed is a Murphy Bed Full size, which can be relocated to any room, now next to the Jack-n-style bathroom in the pictures. The Large eat-in Kitchen, the large diningroom with a butler's pantry and large livingroom are great gathering spaces. And for long term stays its okay to customize ;-)
Guest access:
Walk up a flight of stairs to the large, Private Suite with warm furnishings... Plenty of sunlight too.
Other things to note:
Laundry, large capacity that is in the basement and shared with other units to schedule their usuage. The basement has rooms with tenants's storage and occasionally a room is rented as well with a temp guest or tenant or a family member or property manager and will keep to their self unless guests would like too. The Laundry mat is with 2 blocks as well.
Parking: exterior is free and garage parking is available per a fee tho...
