A long winding road takes you to a quiet, relaxing and very secluded cabin in the woods, with all the amenities, where you can sit back and enjoy nature on covered decks or take a hike and explore nature. There is plenty of room inside also, with a full living room, dining room and kitchen. Fireplace in the living room for those cozy evenings and another in the full basement where you can hang out and play games, cards, foozeball or go out the door for more seating and a game of corn hole. Remember to enjoy an evening around the fire pit where you can relax and have fun with family and friends. Don’t worry about getting dirty there are 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the basement to clean up after that great day outside.

This cabin is so nice! My husband and I, and another couple, spent 4 days there. The cabin is clean and furnished with all the essentials we needed and more.We built a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the evening. It's back in the woods, quiet and peaceful. The owners are so nice and accommodating if you need them!

We Love this place!

So peaceful and nice! We enjoyed the full service experience with everything we needed on site! From crock pots to condiments! Lighters towels and even some s’mores were left for us to burn! The place is huge with kids activities, games to play play pens etc. The owner was great with correspondence!

Great getaway with privacy

This was an amazing rental for us. We were visiting West Union and traveling with our dog. We needed a place we could stay close by and this was perfect. Sharon had everything you might possibly need, and then more! Loved the cabin, the property (including the fire pit), and the location. If we ever have to stay in West Union again, you can be sure we will stay here!

A couples paradise

Great property with a great location if you want seclusion. We stayed with another couple to get away from the kids for the weekend. The hot tub was perfect and the grill to cook some steaks on made it perfect. Our second visit and we will be back for a third.

Cozy, Quiet Retreat in the Woods

Property is beautiful, clean, with amenities to spare. Host was responsive and quickly addressed a significant issue we had during our stay within the hour. We would have appreciated knowing the 2nd full bath was in the basement and not near bedrooms. We would have booked regardless, but that surprise was less than ideal for our group. Kitchen is small, but well equipped. Home is well maintained.

Peefect get away!

A friend of mine is getting married October of 2024 and in lew of a bachelor party we decided on a fun guys weekend instead. This property came with more imenities than we cpuld imagine and the owner was so sweet and helped out even when we accidently locked ourselves out! Definitely recommend this place!

Very secluded

This cabin had everything you could possibly need and more. The hot tub was the cleanest we've ever seen.Very quiet back on a long well maintained road and drive.Many many beautiful nature preserves to hike within 45 minutes like the Charles Eulett Wilderness and Whipple State.Very few places to dine but we usually cook our own. The boat house in Ripley is a fun place for a burger on the river.

Our stay at Lazy Spread Cabin was nothing short of exceptional. Tucked away in a serene rural area, this cabin offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Firstly, the cabin is impressively well-equipped with all the comforts of home and more. From the meticulously clean spa and outdoor fire pit to the spacious sitting areas and comfortable beds, every detail is carefully thought out. The bbq was clean and with it we made some yummy hamburgers. The location is wonderfully quiet and remote, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Despite its secluded feel, the cabin boasts excellent Wi-Fi and a great selection of channels on the TV, ensuring entertainment options are always at hand. Sharon, the host, deserves special mention for her responsiveness and organization. She greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket, adding a personal touch to our stay.
