After arriving, I realized that the pictures included with the property listing must have been from when it was first acquired or listed, which was VERY disappointing for the amount of money it cost to book it for one week. The smaller patio was very dirty, and tables were rusted. The rooftop patio floor was warped in some areas and felt a bit unstable; furniture cushions had multiple tears. There were soft spots in the stairs as well and didnt know there were stairs inside the home. I did not recall anything noting that one of the rooms was not fully enclosed; you might consider adding this information. That area had a window A/C unit but it was still very warm despite running the unit all the time at a low temperature and keeping the door closed; only a curtain separated it from the larger, downstairs area. Kitchen drawers were hard to open. Consider adding small chairs to the balcony. The switch plate in one of the rooms was broken. I also think that letting people know it's across from a school is helpful especially during the school year because you will hear the bells and kids playing throughout the day. There's nothing to absorb sound, so you hear everything from people in the other parts of the home. Also, the lights in some of the rooms were plug in instead of hard wired. Internet connection was very slow and did not accommodate our needs very well. Lots of dust caused some allergy issues for some of my friends; only high traffic areas appeared to be cleaned well.
