The property spans 1,100 square feet, providing ample space for your group to relax and unwind. The original hardwood floors throughout the home exude timeless charm, while the tiled kitchen floor adds a touch of character. This spacious home boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable queen beds. Additionally, the third bedroom is equipped with an air mattress, ensuring comfortable accommodations for up to 7 guests, plus a portable heater in the closet.



Step outside and discover the inviting front yard, fully fenced for privacy and security. It's the perfect spot to bask in the sun or enjoy a refreshing drink with friends. The patio features a table, chairs, an umbrella and a gas grill, creating an ideal outdoor dining area where you can savor meals amidst the coastal breeze.



Inside, you'll find modern amenities that enhance your stay. Both the living room and back bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies (streaming only, no cable). Stay cozy during cooler evenings with the wall heater in the living room, which can be conveniently controlled via the wall thermostat. Please note that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only, as the top has been capped off.



The dining area features a spacious table with 4 chairs, perfect for shared meals or game nights. In addition, the kitchen area includes a glass table with 4 chairs, providing an alternative space for dining or catching up over coffee. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the laundry area, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.



In terms of parking, you'll have peace of mind knowing that our property offers two off-street parking spots with a sliding gate, ensuring the security of your vehicles.

Guest Access:

Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
