Es verfügt über alle neuen Granit und einen atemberaubenden Glas & Stein Fliesen in der Küche, schön gefärbten Betonboden im gesamten, High-End-Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, Deckenventilatoren gesamten, alle neuen Bäder mit neuen Eitelkeiten und Travertin, kundenspezifische Glasfliesen, Armaturen, Armaturen, und Lampen . Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Bad mit separater begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es gibt einen 50 "-Flachbildfernseher sowie eine hocheffiziente Waschmaschine / Trockner, eine Garage für 2 Autos, eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und einen gro���������en umz���unten Garten mit wundersch��nen Bäumen! Es gibt natürlich auch kostenloses WLAN.

Great place to stay

We were in Austin for a wedding. Location was easy to get to for the various events. Multi generational family stayed here and it worked well for all. House was clean and comfortable. Owners were responsive and communicated with us very well. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodations for our family

The home is conveniently located for taking in the sights of the Austin area. The entire house has been remodeled and it looks great! It is clean and neat and very well appointed. The interior decor is lovely. Our family really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the effort that obviously went into setting up this home for visitors.

Great House!

The house was great. We were having a family reunion with my 89 year old mother and other family. The house was well located and Greg was terrific in responding to any issues I had before the trip and upon arrival. The flow worked perfectly for all of our time together.

Great home, easy to access location!

The home itself was very clean, and well setup for people who are vacationing or visiting Austin. There is a lot of room available for families to spread out, and everything we needed was available to us. Exactly what we expected given the listing. The owner was very responsive and helpful with every question. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Austin, and we'll be recommending this location to friends and family who come to town.

Very nice home

We enjoyed the home. The location is great, easy to get anywhere in the city with ease. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is just really nice and comfortable. I think there are only 2 things that I would have changed. One, I would put the king size bed in the room with the ensuite bathroom and get new pillows for the beds or just have some more options, they were just so flat. Otherwise, the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Perfect Family Home

We really enjoyed staying in this tastefully decorated house! It has everything you could possibly need for a short stay in Austin. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. I used the washer and dryer every single day. The house is close to some of our favorite Austin restaurants like Hopdoddy’s, Enchiladas y Mas, and Lucy’s Chicken. We made several runs to Target just up Ohlen too. The location is ideal if you want to be centrally located between the UT campus/ downtown and north Austin. The Domain is just a quick trip on 183 and north Mopac. We enjoyed the big backyard and comfortable comfortable patio too. We couldn’t be happier with this property! It made our Thanksgiving week extra special.

Great house in North Austin

The house is modern, spacious and designed ideally for our family of 6 with grandparents, parents, and two preschool boys. The master bedroom and bath are on one side of the house and the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side which allowed privacy for both families. From the bathrobes and slippers in the master bath to the brownies and welcome card, the owners go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. The kitchen is very well equipped. The skillets and pans are in good condition, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensiles. There is also a blender, hand mixer and crockpot. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and beds were comfortable. The fenced backyard was a big hit with the preschool boys who enjoyed kicking a soccer ball for hours. There were also books, puzzles, and some toys for kids. Communication before and during our visit was excellent and responsive. The house is well located in north Austin near all the expressways so it's 15-20 minutes to downtown. The Domain shops and restaurants are 10 minutes away.There are several restaurants and coffeehouses within walking distance and a neighborhood park with a playground. We enjoyed 6 weeks here and would definitely return if we get the chance to have all 3 generations together again.

Austin vacay

We really enjoyed our stay here, this house was pristine clean and comfortable for our stay. It has been entirely updated and beds were comfortable. We appreciate the owners swift communication when we booked. We also had a small dog and appreciated the fenced back yard.

Very enjoyable stay.

I am extremely happy with my stay here. The place is spacious, interior appears super modern, feels incredibly comfortable and safe. All of necessaties are presented in this space for a traveler/tenant. The location is pretty central with respect to other highlights of Austin, such shopping, sight seeking, and restaurants. The huge shopping and hang out area called Domain is less then 10 mins aways by car. About 15 mins from Kalahari resort to spend time with the children to play and swim. About 15 mins from downtown Austin and river activities, airport. Multiple beautiful parks are about 15 -20 mins away. The host was exceptionally accommodating. All of my questions and requests were answered right away. For the prolonged duration of my stay here with my big family, I didn't have any major issues or problems. It was truly an enjoyable stay for myself and my family!

2019 NCAA Swimming and Dive Championships

House was Perfect, very comfortable, everything you could possibly need. My Family flew in from all around the U.S. and were not disappointed. Great location, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from University of Texas. Tons of fun restaurants near by as well as a Target. An easy choice for the next time I travel to Austin.

Great house!

Very pretty remodeled home! Clean and comfortable, the beds were great and everything worked wonderfully. We had a fun stay and the kid toys were very helpful. Very nice for families with children. They have toys, kid silverware and plates/bowls even. Helpful with our two year old who had a lot of fun!

Perfect for a houseful of family

We stayed in this home away for a month waiting for and then enjoying our first grandson. We hosted many different family members as they came and went. Never felt too crowded and easy to keep up. It was close to our daughter and in a great location to enjoy Austin. Highly recommend this home for any group.

Amazing location!

This nice house is in the perfect location with easy access to almost any location. We stayed in another home this couple owns 5 years ago, and were thrilled to be in another of their houses. Great house, great location, great hosts!

This is a great house, comfortable, convenient, thoughtful details, well supplied, and it looks great, really nice redecoration job. My family converges in Austin for the holidays, and we all love to cook, so this was a super nice house for that, plenty of dishes and cookware, the kitchen is well laid out, and a grill. Super comfortable and convenient location.We will be back next year!

Perfect North Austin home

We loved this house, it is a ranch style house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, and everything inside was newly remodeled, so it is clean and new and nicely decorated! Greg was very responsive and welcoming. We brought our miniature poodle with us and he loved the fenced in back yard! The location is perfect for easy access to the highways and only a 5 minute drive to all the shops at the Domain. We stayed for 2 weeks and by the time we left, we truly felt it was a "home away from home"! Oh, and it was really close to some great restaurants, too!

Great Stay!!

A group of 7 of us stayed at this lovely home in Austin. House is very clean, loved the Eucalyptus smell as soon as you walk in the door. You get exactly what you see in the photos, no surprises whatsoever. The house is within a few miles to all the hot spots in Austin. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this house to anyone and would actually stay here again whenever I'll be in Austin again. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!!!!!
