The cabin is a non-smoking unit. Te previous guest checking out on the same day of your arrival must not have respected this rule and request. We did try to have the odor removed prior to your arrival using an ozone machine. We apologize it could not remove all the smell, but hope it did dissipate over time. Thank you for letting us know about these other issues. I am so sorry you encountered them and would have been happy to address these had we known about them during your stay. I am so relieved and glad to hear that despite these issues you all still enjoyed your time.

We are thrilled you enjoyed your week long stay at the cabin. Our records indicate you did not report one single item during your stay. We do have a water filter system on the cabin. If for some reason you encountered the sulphur smell we would have gladly come out and check the filters. We will get this scheduled now just as a precaution. We will get a vacuum up there too. We do provide a starter garbage bag in each trash receptacle. We also supply a starter packet of diswasher detergent and there is also dish liquid soap provided. We supply a starter roll or toilet paper in each bathroom and a starter roll of paper towels. Yes, once these items are used up it is up to the guests to replenish. This should not be a surprise to you as we send out our Vacation Preparation Information email 5 days prior to your arrival. In this email we inform you of the items we provide, items we do not provide, and give you a suggested list of items to bring or purchase once you arrive into town You are mistaken drastically on the text message and the information regarding that too. The text message you received is sent out at 10am. We do ask if you would like to check-in BEFORE 2pm for a $25 early check-in fee to let us know. If we can arrange the schedule to accommodate that request then we will make the added effort to do so. It is not a guarantee, but we are willing to try.
