Welcome to Mist Condo, a cozy and comfortable 1-bedroom retreat just one block from Lake Pepin, the beach, and marina in the heart of Pepin, Wisconsin.

This inviting space features a king bed, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped small kitchen, making it a great option for couples, small families, and wedding guests. The pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping for up to four guests total.

Mist offers a simple and relaxed layout that is easy to settle into, whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, attending a wedding, or exploring the lake and surrounding area.

The kitchen includes a full complement of cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils, along with coffee, spices, tea, and sugar. We also provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a full set of beach towels and bags for your stay.

One of the best features of Mist is its access to a private yard space, offering a quiet place to relax outdoors after a day at the lake or around town.

Mist is pet-friendly, making it a great option for guests traveling with dogs, especially with the fenced yard.

Great experience

Property is located one block from marina and beach and next to the incredible Harbor View restaurant. Unit is very nicely decorated and everything was in excellent working order. A perfect place to enjoy the lake and all Pepin and surrounding areas have to offer

Nice location and very clean! Had a very nice stay.Few problems: Probably because of our age, the shower was hard to use without hand bars and high sides on the tub.Temp. was hard to set, with air running all the time, as I didn't want to touch controls as they were high up.Other wise everything was very nice!!!!!

I'm so sorry you had a difficult time with the shower/tub combo, Joe! Unfortunately no unit at the Lumberyard is entirely accessible, as there are stairs upon entry, but we do have another fully accessible unit in Minnesota, Morning Glory Apartment in Stillwater, MN, and we would love to host you there in the future. Morning Glory has grab bars, a walk-in shower with wall-bench... all the helpful things!

Fun little getaway

My 21 year old daughter, 19 year old son, dog, and my husband and I enjoyed Pepin for the first time over the weekend. We loved how close we were to the marina and beach! Our dog had a great time swimming. We walked around the cute town, then drove to the winery which was amazing. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for us, but we managed with a blow up bed that was brought over. The fences in yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed this beautiful area! Thank you!

Good location needs some attention

Good location. 4 electrical outlets didn’t work—probably just breaker but awkward because i had no outlet to plug laptop into near a table in order to work remotely. Overall fine-worked for us.. several small spiders. Ceiling fan in bedroom gross with dust buildup. I will attach photos if i can.

Not Clean

My Husband and I stayed here at the Mist and it was a great location! Upon arrival, the front porch/entryway had all kinds of big tree branches and sticks laying on the ground we had to move to get to the entrance. Our door code wasnt working so we called the contact number on the door and got right in with the help of the owners. Im assuming the previous renters had an animal with them because there was cat/dog hair on the couch and the carpet in the bedroom, crums on the couch still and the ceiling fan in the bedroom needs some major cleaning. Great location but just not the cleanest.
