The Space:
This condo is in the center of all the action. If you're coming to visit for the attractions, concerts, festivals or the buzzing night life you'll be glad you booked here. When it's time to relax from the busy day of visiting the city, grab a pair of wine glasses and head to the living room for a Smart TV and super fast WiFi. Relax the night away on the memory foam mattresses with the bedroom view of the skyline.
Guest Access:
UBER and LYFT are easy to come by downtown, many tourist attractions are within walking distance, and less than 1 mile away are two MARTA station stops: Civic Center station and Peachtree Center station.
Guests will be required to check in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID scanned the first time you arrive, and must come and go through the lobby during your stay. Note you need to take the fob from the coffee table inside the unit to get back inside the building at certain times.
Other Things to Note:
- Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners, NOT A HOTEL WITH A 24/7 STAFF. You may have neighbors that cook food, smoke, and have pets right next door, although this is not allowed in our own condo. Your hosts try as much as we can to be available from 830am- 930pm but please note we do have full time jobs - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after hours... sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this is not the condo for you.
- This is located in the heart of the city, so whether you stay at our condo in Landmark or a block away at the Ritz, you will see pollution around the area, the parking garage can get creepy at night, and homeless people are around the city and outside of our building.
- Our unit is updated but Landmark is an older building and a busy high rise. This means you can hear (and sometimes smell) neighbor activity in the hallway and even through the vents.
- The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by HOA to be HEAT or COOL ONLY seasonally. We try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, but just like you, we only have about a week advance notice of what the weather is doing. This happens in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. However, one person's "comfortable" is another person's "freezing" so *BE SURE TO CHECK THE WEATHER FOR YOURSELF IN SPRING/ FALL AND CHECK WITH US ON HOA AC STATUS AS WELL.*
- We have one outdoor parking spot for you, maybe 40 feet from the lobby up a few steps (further if you don't want to do the steps)
