Enjoy your time in this Grand single level vacation home on Beautiful Lake Balboa. There are expansive porches to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The open concept living area provides a bright, comfortable and cheerful space to gather with friends and family. The Master bedroom offers a King bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, walk in shower, and toilet.
The Second bedroom has two Queen beds and its own bath, with a huge soaking tub inside the room, as well as a toilet. (unfortunately, the jets do not work in this tub, yet can still be used for a nice long bath)
The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a dedicated office area. Just outside this room, in the hall, you'll find a 3/4 bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone and a view you will get lost in! Bring your boat or rent one and use the large boat dock. Go for a swim, fish to your heart's content, or relax and enjoy the lake from the beautiful back patio. 

There are 2 kayaks and Life Jackets for your use!
Please wear lifejackets for safety.

We apologize in advance, the sauna in the master shower is not in working order.
There is a countertop icemaker for use, as the under-counter ice maker is out of order.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print these directions.
