This luxurious villa is located within a private garden enclave at the spectacular, beach front, Honua Kai resort. This villa boasts 2047 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide 562 sq. ft. lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.



Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.



This ground level villa will provide you with instant access to your enclave’s private pool, hot tub and fire pit area. This residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage with an additional parking space in the driveway and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.



Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant and Whaler’s general store and Spa.

Amazing Villa

We discovered the Honua Kai 10 years ago so we were excited to come back to this beautiful property and even more delighted to find the new Luana Villas. These villas are amazing, very spacious, beautifully designed and decorated we loved everything about our stay. It never felt crowded with our family of 6 and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor lifestyle with the open lanai doors. Wonderful vacation!

Great location and accomodations

We travelled with family - have 3 children age 22, 20 and 16. All had a blast in the villa. Villa had all kinds of unexpected surprises, i.e. cooler in garage, awesome beach lawn chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for cooking. Rooms and lanai was super clean, Villa, Host and location all get an A+ - Thank you!

Better than we described

The entire property is top notch, from the granite counter tops, to the cozy linens, and privacy of all 3 bedrooms and baths. Also the ability to park in our private spaces steps from our front door The view is amazing, waking up to swaying palms and enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the private patio. The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the beach, pools, restaurants and convenience stores. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful Condo and Location

Beautifully decorated open floor plan with large, comfortable lanai for outdoor living furnished very nicely. Condo is located in great area with the best and open views. Great amenities, top of the line appliances, extremely clean and inviting. Bedrooms are furnished beautifully, comfortable and offer privacy for all. Roshy communicated with us with any questions we had and was available from time of booking through stay. We were very happy with the condo and our next stay with family will definitely be here again. Hopefully very soon!

Paradise on Earth - 10/10 Recommendation

Everything was amazing about this stay. The location was perfect. Our 5 kids (18,16,15,12,10) loved being so close to the beach and pools. They actually preferred the villa pool since it was nice and quiet and hardly ever had people in it. My husband and I enjoyed the big lanai - coffee and beautiful views every morning. The room was immaculate. Don't leave ANY FOOD on the counter at night or it will be full of ants in the am. Each bathroom comes with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and laundry detergent is provided too! I would hands down recommend this to anyone staying with a family. You get the perks of a hotel with the space and privacy of a home. It's a win-win! Thank you for the memories! ~A Hui Hou!~

Already planning our next stay!

Wow. Everything about this villa was WOW. Five of us spent a week here, and happily could have stayed for much longer. The space was modern and absolutely gorgeous, but somehow still cozy—from the amazing beds and showers to the incredible patio area, everything about this place made us want to keep hanging out here. As a family that loves to eat out, we were surprised by how often we ended up staying in to use the excellent grill and sit on the patio. And we loved being just around the corner from the hot tub and pool (it's just for the villas, so was way less crowded than the other hotel pools!). This place felt like the perfect middle ground between a hotel and rental house—the benefit of the hotel amenities and beach access, with the privacy of having our own entrance, parking spot, etc. The location was also excellent—an easy drive to the grocery store, but also centrally located for so many amazing Maui adventures. And anytime we had questions or needed anything, the rental company was so friendly and responsive. We can't wait to stay here again next year!
