Guests may park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street. When you first arrive, please enter the home from the front door with an access code we will provide on check-in day. We will also provide you with garage door opener to enter through the garage where you may park during your stay.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. The home is near Main St, where you will find shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and many of the major commercial options one would want or need.

While there are bus stops on Main St for limited public transportation options, a car is the best way to get around Reynoldsburg and the Greater Columbus area.

Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet.

This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor.

Please note that we have a security camera on the front porch to monitor the entrance for the safety of all guests. We respect our guests' privacy, and do not have cameras inside the home or any non-disclosed security devices.

Please be courteous to the other residents in the neighborhood, and limit the exterior noise and light levels.

Only registered guests are permitted inside the property. To adhere to local regulations, additional overnight guests must be added to the reservation and occupancy agreement and the maximum number of occupants must not be exceeded. Visitors may be permitted if communicated in advance.

Pets must be approved by the hosts when you make your reservation. There is a non-refundable pet deposit for each pet. Not animals may visit the house. Violation of our pet rules will results in a fee and possibly a cancellation of your reservation. Exceptions are made for REGISTERED service animals, but we ask that you please notify us in advance as a courtesy.

We do not allow parties. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay. Police may be contacted and act on our behalf.

There is no smoking allowed inside or within 25ft of the house. This is a strictly non-smoking home. This includes the use of any tobacco products, marijuana, vaping, or any other smoked product., OR any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors, which may be monitored remotely. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine, plus the cost of any additional cleaning, smell removal, repairs, or replacements that need done due to smoking.

We provide pillows, sheets, and towels, as well as a starter set of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may purchase more items as needed. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. We will make a reasonable effort at our discretion to return any personal items left behind. However, we are not responsible for any lost, forgotten, damaged or stolen personal items.
