This colorful, two-story casita with a private entrance is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for privacy, comfort, and a connection to nature. Located just 4 blocks from the iconic Malecón boardwalk, you’ll be steps from La Paz’s best restaurants, cafés, and sunset views.

Inside, you’ll find vibrant local art, thoughtful details, and warm spaces that feel like home. Relax in your private garden, enjoy the birdsong with your morning coffee, or unwind after a day of exploring.

The home features a spacious queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a mezzanine with two twin beds (perfect for kids or friends), and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, and there's also a dining area and laundry.

Guests enjoy access to the new swimming pool, our coffee station in the dining room, the shared kitchen and patio of the main house, plus private parking (subject to availability) and concierge service to help you book local tours, activities, or a rental car.

Whether for a short visit or a long retreat, Casa Colorida is the perfect base to explore La Paz like a local.
Casa Colorida Rules

-Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas, such as the gardens (smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas).

-If you are bringing your pet, it must be registered at the time of booking.

-Parties or gatherings are not permitted.

-If you plan to have guests, it must be between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm and you must notify the host.

-If you wish to reserve parking, you must request a space in advance; it is subject to availability.

-If you use the kitchen area, you must leave it clean and tidy at the end.

-Towels should not be taken off the property. We have beach towels (blue and white stripes) that can be used outside the property. If you need more towels, please request them.

-Please avoid slamming doors.

-Please avoid shouting.

-We have kitchen utensils in the main kitchen; if you wish to use them, please return them immediately after use.

- If you lose the key to the Casita during your stay, a fee of MXN 100 will be charged.

Pet Policy

At Adventure Inn, we love welcoming pets and their owners who care for them with love and responsibility. To ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, we ask that you follow these simple rules:

🐾Let us know in advance if you're bringing your pet; we'll be happy to welcome them.

🐾 Cleaning Fee:
• Casa Colorida: $1,000 MXN per stay.
• Other areas: $500 MXN per stay.
This fee covers a deep cleaning to ensure a spotless space for everyone.

🐾 Waste Management: Always pick up after your pet and place it in bags. Use the designated receptacle at the front and avoid disposing of waste in the kitchen or bathroom.

🐾 Garden Maintenance: To keep the garden area in good condition, please prevent your pet from urinating in the garden.

🐾We ask that your pets not bite or scratch the furniture or doors in the rooms.

🐾It is prohibited to use the shower area for your pet to pee or defecate.

🐾Please be careful not to leave the air conditioning control where your pet can bite it, as this will incur an additional charge. If you have a cat, please avoid letting it scratch or climb on the curtains and furniture.

🐾 Restricted Areas: For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining room or kitchen.

🐾 Supervision and Responsibility: Your pet is welcome as long as it is under control and does not disturb other guests.
