Salty C's features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private heated pool to ensure a perfect getaway. The house, less than 10 years old, has been updated with high-end finishes, offering all the conveniences of home.

Your stay at Salty C's comes with some fantastic perks, including a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes to explore the surrounding area. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and our neighborhood's deeded beach access provides ample space for bike and golf cart parking. We've also got you covered with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon, making your beach experience easy and enjoyable.

Our location on the coveted East end of 30A puts you in close proximity to some of the most attractive areas, including The HUB, Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest – all within 1-2 miles. These areas offer outstanding restaurants, activities, and gathering spots, allowing you to immerse yourself in the best of the 30A lifestyle.

For those who prefer activities beyond the beach, South Walton is a golfer's paradise, with numerous golf courses in the area. Nature enthusiasts can take a morning stroll along the beach, bike, walk, or jog the 18-mile path along Scenic 30A, passing lakes and national parks with stunning Gulf views. Amazing Family Beach House

"Absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to the breathtaking waters of 30A. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for those cooler evenings. And the golf cart made exploring the area a breeze. Quiet street with little traffic. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect Week At Salty C's

Perfect spot for a ladies reunion. Wow, the memories made in this house and surrounding area will last a life time. I must say, the golf cart was top notch and must for any 30A vacationer. The house was in great proximity to the beach and both ends of 30A. We enjoyed using the bikes and biking to breakfast. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need to enjoy a meal or afternoon snack. The pool was heated and clean. Enjoyed some fun afternoons in the pool after some time at the beach. I would 100% recommend this house and its location for a family or a few friends just wanting to spend some time together. Thank you Salty C's for the memories.

Thanksgiving 30A Beach Getaway

A wonderful home in a great location near the beach on 30A. Home was clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed for a vacation. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and easy beach access. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition for getting around the areas along 30A. Chris the owner was very easy to work with - including the booking process and when responding to any questions about the home. Would definitely rent this home again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Great Times!

I took my family for a brief getaway to Salty Cs back in July. We loved it! The house is great, very clean with space to hang out in the den and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at the house, and there’s a grill by the pool as well. The pool is nice and relaxed, nestled in the back among live oaks. We used the golf cart that comes with the rental to get to the beach, the hub and over to goatfeathers for seafood. Beach access is right down the road, and has parking for the cart. We have recommended Salty Cs to our friends and would absolutely rent it again!
