This is one of the nicest condo complexes at Lake of the Ozarks! It's small and quaint, located in the heart of Osage Beach, and would be considered more quiet then most condo complexes. Nice grounds, lots of grass, tennis courts, a lakefront pool and the unit sits right on the waters edge. You can walk directly off of the patio to the walkway that leads to the docks and pool. Cove setting with spectacular views of the 21 mile marker. Other great features include assigned parking, low assessments, a boat ramp and community laundry area. There are no slips to rent and no boat parking. There are also some stairs to get around the building.

Getaway

This unit is super close to pool, it was very quiet during the week. We loved watching the lake in the morning and evening. Our meal favorite was Shorty Pants restaurant.

Great location and scenery

I have to be honest. The floors needed sweeping and mopping. The bed linings was not clean and the sheets were very worn. Had to search for trash bags. The instructions on the keys were vague. The instructions said there were two keys in the lock box, but there was only one. Steve said to use the key that was in the condo and put the other key back in the lock box. Patio was FULL of spiders and webs. My husband had to battle with the spiders literally to sit on the patio. My husband also wanted a TV in the bedroom and was disappointed that there wasn’t one. The location of the property was perfect and the view was amazing!

Anniversary and concert trip

We celebrated our anniversary a month late and attended the REO Speedwagon concert at Ozark Amphitheater. We love this condo complex and have stayed there multiple times....in 3 different units over the years. This unit was very nice and the location of this complex is perfect...close enough to everything but just far enough to be a little quieter. We enjoyed our stay

Awesome place

Osage Beach was just about the perfect distance to everything in the area. This was the first time my wife and I had been to the Lake of the Ozarks area and it was just amazing

Great place for a quick weekend getaway trip

My spouse and I had tickets to an event Saturday night so we decided to stay the weekend. Place was clean and perfect size of what we needed. They have everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. Only thing I’ll recommend to people who stay in future is if you dont sleep well when it’s hot bring a fan.

Nice stay

The property itself was nice and our stay was nice. Had an issue about TV remote. It does not work properly. Also had a concern on the key pass code in key in box on outside of property. Was not safe to have an easy access code that anyone would know. It was 0000. Didn't feel a very good sense of security with that out there.

Great Stay

Loved staying here. All was good. Would give a few items of feedback to possibly help others but nothing that would keep me from coming back. If u come back at night the staircase going down is pretty dark The reserved parking spot is difficult to get to with the steep incline if you are on a motorcycle No extra toilet paper stocked in the condo No sugar or creamer stocked for coffee I would suggest a ceiling fan in the bedroom to help move air Having a screen on the back porch like most the other condos have would be ideal to help with bugs But overall the condo was great and we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again Thank you for the experience

Loved the atmosphere and quietness the most. There a few issues with the unit though. Bed sheets weren't changed from previous guest. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa. Luckily we brought blankets that we could use as sheets. Tv channels were very limited and half of the buttons the remote didn't work.
