Welcome to our newly constructed in 2023 Point Beach Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This thoughtfully designed home located in the serene Point Beach neighborhood of Egg Harbor is a perfect spot to take in the breathtaking beauty of Door County.

This spacious and inviting home is the perfect retreat for families, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, best suited for up to 6 adults and 2 children. Inside, our home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unwind and create lasting memories around the firepit, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs, for storytelling or roasting marshmallows under the starry sky. The back patio runs the length of the home, partially covered, providing a serene spot for relaxation and outdoor dining.

This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with walk-in shower only
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with shower tub combo, hair dryer

Supports Electric Vehicle charging with a 50 AMP outlet, which will support a Level 2 charger. Guests should bring their own charger.

Our home is a quiet family neighborhood in a great location, just a couple of blocks from a dead-end where you can walk down to the bay.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.
