The second bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed, the third bedroom has one queen bed, and the guest bath with shower & tub is located next to these bedrooms. Fresh linens and towels are always provided. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, living & dining room for activities, a large yard for outdoor activities, and large loop driveway offering free private parking and ample space for your trucks and/or trailers. There are abundant recreational opportunities nearby including activities on the Phillips chain of lakes, several other area lakes, fishing, boating, nearby golf courses, snowmobile and ATV trails, and 1000s of acres of public land -- you're near the 'Ruffed Grouse Capital of the World"! From the property, you have direct access to the ATV route and you can ride 1.5 miles (down Aspen Rd) to access the snowmobile trails. Minocqua and Rhinelander are just an hour away.
