The space
The Room:
Feel at home style living as our unit comes with a kitchenette & dining area to cook your own meals or heat up left overs in the microwave. Enjoy the use of the refrigerator and freezer [pls note, the small left side drink freezer is turned off by hotel but rest of the freezer works] and dinner plates, cups, utensils, are included.

Plush King size bed w/ 2 42" flat screen tvs. Sectional couch comes with pull out Queen size bed to sleep a total of 4 guest.
Wi-Fi is available free to guests (10 Mbps) and you have an optional upgrade to 30 Mbps for $9.99 per 24 hours per the Palms Place Hotel.

Luxury marbled tile bathroom includes rainfall style shower, deep soak jet tub, and a small flat screen tv that can play dvds.

I understand that you may have heard that all balconies were closed down per Palms Hotel but I can assure mine will be open. We ask that all guest comply with the Palms policy not to throw trash and keep noise levels down during sleep hours.
Guest access
Our unit is placed next to the elevator so you can quickly go down to the 2nd floor and take a 2min skytube walkway to the Casino where you will be immediately met with the food court that includes Earl of Sandwich, Mcdonalds, Panda, Chronic Tacos, and Brendan IMAX Movie Theaters. Other notable dining are:

•Vetri Cucina [located on the 56th floor]
•Tim Ho Wan - Dim Sum
•Mabel's BBQ
•Send Noodles
•Serrano Vista Cafe
•Palms Pizza

There are 2 pools guests may use. The main one being at the Soak 21 & up pool where on the weekends have live music and djs. The 2nd pool is the Laguna pool house all age pool located at the Palms place side.

As for nightlife, we have Ghostbar , an upscale attire ultra lounge with live music, djs, and outdoor panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Other things to note
Sidenotes:
• Pools may close as pool season ends during the winter season.
• A $100 refundable security deposit for incidentals and must be paid with either a debit or credit card.
• Must be 21 years of age to check in, but guests can be any age.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional towels, sheets, etc can be provided for an additional charge. I personally live 10mins away and can be available to accommodate your needs. If I am not in town, I can coordinate with Palms guest services in which guest can pay for additional housekeeping service if needed. You can use the room phone to call the front desk for further information.
•No pets allowed
•The unit is a non-smoking room unit. Smoking of any kind in a non-smoking room will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee. Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy.
We have designated smoking areas throughout the casino, bars and other areas where you may smoke (but use of marijuana is prohibited in both smoking and non-smoking areas)
