Welcome to Ocean Five Condo. I wanted to be the first to welcome you! I hope you have a warm and enjoyable stay. I wanted to give you a few pointers to make your stay more comfortable. 1. The Trash Chute is out in the Hallway in each floor. Please look for it. There should be also additional garbage bags at the bottom of the garbage cans. 2. Please avoid putting too much clothes or towels in the dryer. Doing so will cause to trip the heating thermostat as these dryers are very sensitive. If the dryer does not dry, please call or text 305.989.2282 to report it. 3. The Cooktop is sometimes goes to “Panel Lock”. To unlock the Panel, Place your finger on the panel lock for 5 seconds. This will unlock the panel and the cooktop is ready to use. Please make sure the Knob is in the correct position just above the Panel Lock. To turn on the burners, press the corresponding burner and turn the knob clockwise to increase. To decrease, press the Burner again and turn the knob Counter Clockwise. 4. The sheets and blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, should be in one of the closets. If you need it and cannot find it, Please call Ocean Five Hotel front desk and ask for it. Here is the number: 305.532.7093. 5. If the TV does not show any programming once you turn it on, please follow these procedures: a.There should be 2 remotes for each TV. One for the TV and on for Direct TV Cable. Turn on the TV using the TV remote and change the Channels using the Direct TV Remote. b.There is either Input or Source bottom on the TV remote. Press this as many times as possible to find the TV Channels. 6. You will find the A/C control panel on the wall. We have has occasions in the past where the A/C froze, because people have opened the doors and windows and blasted the Air Conditioning by lowering it to 60. The A/C unit cannot handle this. To make sure efficient operations, Please have the door closed and set the A/C to between 69 to 72 degrees for optimum operations. 7. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the Condo.
